... Lykos would awake in a strange room- four gray stone walls surrounded her, and a stone floor, with a clear glass ceiling showing various stars and galaxies above. It would be almost beautiful, if not for the circumstances. It was so see-through, it wasn't even the slightest bit reflective. Convenient! The room itself was mostly featureless, just the four walls with no decor... And seemingly no exit?? Lykos sat along the wall of the room, a migraine fading from his head as he woke up. The tingling was gone, and he had full control over his body. On the wall behind him were chains, they looked brand new and shiny. There was one set around his wrists, and a collar around his neck. There was a man in the room. With black hair and green highlights- shaved on one side with an intricate pattern. Their eyes were dark voids, besides one pinprick of white, glowing light. He wore a flowing open robe, green pants, and green dress shoes. His body was riddled with red scars-.. Burns, maybe? His right arm was bandaged up and shaking terribly, along with his left shoulder. His entire gray outfit was stained with blood. He was laying on the ground, motionless. Maybe Lykos could have assumed he was dead- or sleeping- if not for his faint breathing and occasional blinking. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Chained. Wonderful. A growl rose low from the wolf’s throat and they moved to stand. Sniffing the air and quickly recognizing the scent of blood. What was this man doing here? Was he taken like they were? The growl morphed into a strangled voice. “Why am I here.” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Rakin pushed himself up to his feet, and approached Lykos, holding his hand out. His bandaged hand was shaking quite badly as he reached toward Lykos' snout. "Hoyuneakgu." He urged. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

They snarled. “Do not touch me.” They turned away, out of the man’s reach. “I cannot understand you.” The wolf looked around the room, lashing their tail as they realized there was no exit. “Who has brought me here?! Return me to the forest!” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Heyhey! Hey-" Rakin's voice was getting near frantic as he continued reaching out. The shaking of his arm worsened and worsed as Lykos kept moving. After a few more attempts at grabbing Lykos, Rakin stumbled. He fell first to one knee, then the other, then after a few gasping breaths and gripping at his bandages, he slumped to the ground. "Yo...... cho..." Rakin mumbled as his eyes fluttered shut. An uneasy silence entered the room. An unnatural silence. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

The wolf flinched as the man stumbled and seemingly passed out. Whatever. They were of no use to the doctor anyway. They turned away from the body. “Answer me! Return me from whence I came!” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Well, Lykos could try to say that. But no sound would leave their mouth. In fact, nothing they'd do would seem to make noise. Not the chains, not themselves, nothing. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Their ears lowered as they hunched themselves in a defensive position. This… was like before, but much, much more powerful. Whatever captured them was here. Though it was inaudible, a uneasy growl rumbled in their throat. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

They were left to sit in silence for a little while. Then, finally, something flickered from the corner. An array of red, blue, and green lights glitched in the far corner of the room, fading away in to a normal view of it finally. It was some kind of creature, wearing a large cloak. Its face was shadowed by the hood, but six glowing eyes stood out from the darkness. The figure floated about six feet off the ground and stared at Lykos. The actual robe was only about three feet long, so the thing hiding beneath it must not have been very large. It slowly began to float over toward Lykos. They began to have a strange feeling in their mind- like someone was clawing through it. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Their body bristled as they felt their mind torn into, examined and dissected. Still they held their ground, shaking their head and attempting to speak again. “Divine… what have I done to gain your attention? I only want to live in the wilderness in peace. I ask to return to where I was before.” How they hated to beg like this. Still, this being… God or otherwise, there was something it wanted, but from this godless beast? It was confusing to the doctor. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Still silent. Seemed this being just envoked that whenever they were around. They held out a small, gray hand. It was tiny, like a child's almost..? Or, just about right for a creature that only stood four feet, maybe, tall... They pointed at Lykos, and they felt something. It felt wrong- it felt like- like when they had transformed in to a wolf for the first time. Only- it was going in reverse. As they looked at themselves, it would begin to look like they were turning too. If they tried to touch their arm or something, it would feel like it was changing... @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos Screamed as they felt it- all of their work- all of those years toiling in that god forsaken lab- being undone. “NO!! DON’T MAKE ME GO BACK- PLEASE!!” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 (edited)

Still no sound. But they'd feel the strain on their vocal cords. The change would continue to happen. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos thrashed, howling and desperately pulling against their chains as they felt their strength slip away. The undoing was excruciatingly painful. Not only as their body- their very being was being turned back into what it was. Like forcing a butterfly back into its metamorphosis. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

The figure let it continue for a bit longer, before they dropped their hand back to their side. All at once, Lykos seemed fine again. Back to their regular wolf self... @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

They collapsed, heaving and utterly shaking with fear and adrenaline. They weakly looked up to the figure, eyes pinned and ears down. Completely and utterly terrified. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

A small voice- inside their head- could be heard. It didn't seem like it was the figure speaking- rather, the memories of people Lykos had spoken to in their distant past. Bits and pieces of their dialouge were pulled up and replayed in their mind to create what could vaguely be called speech. Each word was a different person- or the same person from a different time, a different memory. "You. Have. Made. A. Mistake. Lucius." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 (edited)

They whimpered quietly. The voice hardly had to search for the pieces of that phrase, plenty of times and plenty of people had said that to them. The doctor felt weak, as weak as they did when their face matched that name. They croaked out, “what do you want from me…?” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Their voice was now a faint whisper, which was an improvement over silence. "Pain. Torment. Despair. Your life.!." "I will. Have. It. All." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

They whimpered again, shutting their eyes tightly. They were too weak to do anything, this being had a complete hold over their life. It was probably the lowest they had ever been. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Good. Mutt." The voices in their head spoke again. They began to raise their hand again... @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

The wolf was in complete despair. They shut their eyes tighter, holding back tears they didn’t realize they could cry. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Alrai pin pointed at Lykos once again, and a sharp pain entered their head. It felt more like someone we stabbing them now. They would begin to grow drowsy, perhaps from pain, perhaps the figure was genuinely activating something in their brain that made them tired. "Sleep. !" The voices demanded. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

And the wolf did not resist. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Lykos would fall to the ground, not too far from where Rakin had fallen. Once Lykos was deeply asleep, Alrai Pin pointed at Rakin, and he began to float. They floated him over to the far corner of the room and dropped him, letting him hit the ground harshly and stay at an odd position. Didn't look too comfortable.
