Bridge took a moment to register where he was. He swore he got the right point. Where was this? He frowned deeply, gently putting a hand on one of the rock walls. "Aldreda?" He called out. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

His voice was silent. What was wrong with this room? "Aldreda. Is not. Here." Bridge's own memories spoke in his mind, replayed to form that sentence. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Bridge immediately took a step back. He wasn't startled by his voice, but more so how it was an unknown entity using it. It couldn't be Abel or Si-Woon. Who was it? "Who are you? What have you done to Aldreda?" He asked with a deep frown, starting to look around. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Nothing. She is still. In that phone. Booth. You. Are not where. You should be. You are intruding. How did you. Get here." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Good luck trying to do either of those things," Bridge huffed. He continued to look around the room. "I must be a thorn on your side if you've trapped me in here. I hope you know there are several more of me out there who will come if I don't return." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Well. Then I will. Take. All of them. Too." his memories spoke to him. There seemed to be nothing in the room, until a flash of lightning illuminated the square area for one moment. Rakin was standing in the corner, huffing, and holding his right arm. "You are interrupting my event." Rakin huffed. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Bridge stared at the spot the lightning hit, his brows furrowing. He took another step back and looked Rakin up and down. "So you're the one behind all of this..? Why? What's your motive?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"If this works the way I am intending, maybe you will know." Rakin glared, before zapping right in front of Bridge. He slammed his hands on the sides of Bridge's head, and sent an intense electric jolt through his system. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

There was no time for Bridge to react. By the time he registered Rakin was in front of him, it was too late. The shock immediately jammed his system. ERROR. ERROR. ERROR. POWER SHUTTING DOWN. POWER REBOOTING. What Rakin would see is Bridge's body start to glitch and static. It flickered through several bright lights and colors, before completely fizzling out for just a moment. There was a buzzing sound in the air, like those of the old computers booting up. ERROR. PROTOCOL 7.3.8 CANNOT REBOOT. INITIATING PROTOCOL 1.0.0... Again, flashes of colors and forms would appear before Rakin. 7.3.8... 7.3.0... 7.0.0 Many vague forms until they all finally collapsed into one. 1.0.0'a form was small. Replacing the middle aged man who wore a cape of feathers and a crown of gold, was a young boy who looked about seven years old. He wore glasses, a silver button up with a black bow, and black matching shorts and shoes. There was still a slight glitch to the boy's eyes, but overall, seemed to be able to function. Rakin lurched away from the light, but looked back to see what had happened once that faded away. He figured either Bridge would die, or he would be 'reset' in some way, either would solve this little issue. He did not expect to see a.. Child. "... Oh." He mumbled, crossing his arms. "Maybe I should have looked in to your past more, I didn't know.. 'Programs' had... Childhoods to revert to. Do you know anything?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

The boy blinked as he was spoken to, before smiling and hugging Rakin's leg. "I'm Bridge!" The child giggled. He sounded like a real human kid, scarily so. "Eugh-!" Rakin grimaced as Bridge hugged him. He looked up at the popup, even more confused. "Uh. Sure? Yes." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

".. What." He mumbled, squinting at the many options, before settling on the only three he really cared about. Oh, he had full creative liberty over this guy, huh? Well, this was interesting.. And right up his alley. "Hm. Power." He replied. That would probably be simplest. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

The history portion of baby Bridge's settings was written out like a data diary. HISTORY Log 1. Dr. Yeona Hyung-Park and Dr. Nyla Louise. After many attempts, 1.0.0 is successfully completed. This is our first completed attempt of making a copy of our son. He's only able to say basic words and commands, but he is fully operative. If we continue working on this program, he'll be just like our little boy in no time. I doubt anyone from Seoul will ever read this, so we should be safe from anyone changing any of his coding. 1.0.0 doesn't know who we are yet, but we assume with the right coding, he will be just like Bridge in no time. Nyla and I will continue to work on his speech and the.. extra things Mr. Trecent has requested, but for now, 1.0.0 is complete. We're hoping to have him fully operational in two years time. Yeona Hyung-Park Right below the log were several lines of code that even Rakin could assume was what made Bridge function. At the very end however, there were a few commands. Rakin read all of that, his interest a bit piqued. "A fake child to replace an old one, hm..? That's interesting." Rakin said. "Hm. Seems like you stopped being their little boy a long, long time ago. Do you know what the extra things are they wrote here? Are those your abilities?" His free hand hovered over the 'EDIT HISTORY' command. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Baby Bridge looked up at Rakin and nodded. "That is my code! You can change it and update it to your liking. You can speak out commands and the code will automatically be written in if you edit it," he explained. Seems like Baby Bridge had no knowledge or personal will of his own. "Code. Okay. I don't know much about coding." He mumbled. "What are the things Mr. Trecent requested?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Pressing the button, a new screen appeared beside the already long list of coding. PLEASE ENTER OR CHANGE ANY CURRENT CODE. Baby Bridged looked up at Rakin curiously, tilting his head. "Are you adding something, mister?" He innocently asked. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Yes. What do I type if I want to give you a new history?" Rakin asked and moved his hand up to type. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"You can write whatever you want, mister! The basic coding can be edited with simple phrases, and my system will do the rest," he explained. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Good, good," Rakin didn't know all the intricacies of coding, so this simple phrases thing would be best. "What does changing your history do? Will it change your personality or is that something else?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Again, Baby Bridge nodded. "It can! You will just have to type in personality and then a few key points like 'cool' or 'cheery'! The system will do the rest," he elaborated. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Rakin left the code on the bottom alone since he didn't want to accidentally leave this thing malfunctional.. But he deliberated over what to write so many times that he ended up deleting basically everything else. HISTORY Log 1. Rakin After some attempts, I have perfected this program to suit my needs here. A program that can maintain order and ensure we stay isolated, especially from others of his kind. He is fully dedicated to this task, and ensuring my vision, and cannot be tempted to do otherwise. He can also turn in to a red-eyed tree frog, because I like those ones. Though he is not a frogling. He is just a program I have made. His name can remain as Bridge... PERSONALITY: Dedicated but with a sense of humor, hates toads, hard working, something like an employee relationship to Rakin, not interested in friends outside of the amphibs here, shows kindness to froglings.

The moment Rakin began to type, Baby Bridge stiffed into a straight stance. He looked ahead of him with a blank stare, circles of yellow light rotating in his eyes as Rakin edited his history. It was only after Rakin finished typing did Baby Bridge move again. He blinked a couple of times, moving his hands behind him and clasping together in a polite manner. Baby Bridge smiled faintly at Rakin and bowed his head. "Good decision, Mr. Rakin. Is there anything else you need?" The boy asked, awfully polite and professional. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Can you look older? And perhaps more frog themed to match the others here? You are not all that intimidating nor 'blending in' right now." Rakin asked, crossing his arms. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Baby Bridge nodded and this time, a screen popped in front of him. He typed away on it, pausing for just a moment. "Is there a particular kind of frog you would like me to theme myself after? Perhaps the tree frog since you put that name in my data?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Hmm. Yes, that would be ideal." Weirdo frog man. "Can you make a suit design that looks like them? I would hate to ruin your aesthetic." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Again, the boy nodded. "Of course, sir," he replied and continued typing. He was much faster than Rakin was, as it only took Bridge a couple of seconds to completely change his description and appearance. In a veil like manner, a faint light traveled over the boy's body, and as the light disappeared, his appearance reformed. Unlike his older counterpart that had arrived here, Bridge 8.0.0 seemed to be a young adult. Perhaps 24 or 25. His braids were colorful blues and greens, as was his suit. Red circular glasses framed his face and to finish it all off, his gloves and shoes now had orange tints underneath. "How is this?" Rakin smiled as he saw Bridge transform. Clearly he was enjoying this. "This is perfect. I think you're just about ready to go out." Rakin nodded. "But I do have a question for you, and answer honestly, do you recall what happened half an hour ago?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Bridge chuckled faintly and took a small bow for the theatrics. "As far as I recall, my update has only been running since approximately ten minutes ago. There was a hard reboot just now. Whatever data or history that was stored beforehand is now gone." A beat. "So, no. I don't quite recall what happened before you updated me just now, Mr. Rakin." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." Rakin sighed and shook his head. "One of the contestants here managed to injure you badly enough to force a reboot, I just managed to get you back online. Aldreda is her name. I'd recommend avoiding her. She has already won her fight, and is getting along with some others pretty well, so there's not much I can do against her at this time." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Bridge hummed at that. "I see.. I'm not really good in fights, so that makes sense. It must of been pretty bad," he nodded. "Very well. I'll make sure to avoid her if I can. What does she look like?" "She's about five foot seven inches, brownish red hair with yellow streaks, dark eyes with yellow irises, fairly pale complexion, is sometimes on fire, is always wearing fairly skimpy clothes... She can also turn in to a fiery golden eagle, so if you see one of those, that's her. She's recognizable for sure." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Bridge was thankful for such a vivid description, nodding once again. "That's a rather unique appearance, yeah. I'll make to steer clear then. Did you have an assignment for me too, Mr. Rakin? I can't quite seem to find anything in regards to my current task. Did I not finish my previous assignment?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Your previous task was to ensure no other programs can show up here. Aldreda didn't really appreciate that. She thinks another one like you could come in and 'save' all of them." Rakin sighed. "So, just keep using your wave jamming ability when we're back up above ground. You're free to do whatever else you wish besides that, as long as it is not going to help the contestants revolt against us." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Something flickered behind Bridge's red lens as he listened to Rakin, but he nodded in response. "Ah, I see. Yes, I do sense that there is something vaguely aware of my presence, but it's quite far from here... and it seems I no longer can access it, anyways. It shouldn't be an issue anymore," he reassured Rakin. Bridge glanced around the dark cramped room for a moment, before turning back to the frogling. "Very well, I will do as asked. It won't be an issue. Is there anything else you would like me to do if something like a contestant attacking me happens again? "Perfect. Have some fun while you're out there. There's a fight coming up that you're free to spectate, though I don't have anything for you to do during it. Many people don't attend the fights, so I suppose you could watch over the people that choose to stay on their sides." Rakin said. "But that's up to you.
