Nora was brought here, landing on the soft grass. Her tears had dried now, nothing but stains on her smiling face. Nathan was alive. He was here!! Zora had talked to him and hugged them and they were real and okay and she would see him again!! She stood, looking around the farmland. She couldn’t see them yet… “N-Nathan!!! Zora!! I- I’m here!! The wind- quiet and humid as ever, but cooling nonetheless -rustling through his hair, dancing through the leaves above them. Nathan was sprawled out on the soft grass, the totem of their powers not too far away from them. They couldn't be bothered to pick it up right now. The tiny blades of grass prickling into his skin, the back of his neck. He was certain his robe was going to stain. He hated this robe. He hoped it stained. They squeezed Zora's hand, and felt their pulse and hers. There, distantly- he could catch the scent of mangoes and strawberries on the wind, the scent of petrichor, from the rain not too long ago. "Shit," he breathed, taking in the view of the sky through the leaves. The sun was setting. He never thought he'd see it happen again. "Wow. Huh." And there- much closer. A voice, her voice, their names. He lifted his hand from where he laid, and waved to his sister, wherever she was. "Heyooo." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Vanessa| Sovran+Zora+Cansu

Resting beside Nathan, still holding their hand, Zora savored this moment. The gentle breeze was soft against her skin, the heat wasn't all too bad, and everything was just- Nice. Perfect. Serene. She wanted this moment to last. It got even better when the sound of Nora's voice broke the silence. Zora lifted up her head and beamed brightly at the sight of her sister. "Nora!" Zora called out. With her free hand, she gave a wave. "Hi! We're over here!" @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Nora turned towards their voices, emotions overflowing as she ran to them. She got to her knees in the grass between them, grabbing for their interlaced hands and holding them close to her. “You’re okay!! I- I missed you!! A lot!!” @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Vanessa| Sovran+Zora+Cansu

Nathan laughed loudly, forcing himself to sit up as Nora took their intertwined hands. "Hey, missed y'too! For however long I was out! It's good to see you're doin' alright!" Their free hand joined the little hand-holding pile, feeling the warmth underneath their fingers. Alive. Zora giggled as Nora took her hand. The warmth and the safety that she felt at this moment was freeing. This one moment was everything she had ever wanted. It felt almost as if she was born to have met Nora and Nathan, and that this singular moment was destined for her. Through all of the pain and sorrow of her life, this moment made everything worth it. "Mmhm! We took a look for you!" Zora beamed. "Can you believe it? Nora was filled with joy. There was a warm feeling in her heart as they held hands, any remaining dread washed away by her siblings presence. She was safe, they were together again. “Mhm!! I saw, I- and I waved back! C-can you.. not see from there?” She smiled at Zora. “Yeah!! W-we can- um, we have.. our family a-again!! "Ehh, no, I don't think people down there can see stuff going in the benches area. But hey, look, we're back! Well, uh, Nai'o's on the other side, but. Th'family's back! Hell yeah!" Nathan shook their hands a bit, grinning. Family. Did he count too? Maybe. He didn't know. He never had siblings before. Cousins, yeah, but siblings? Never in a thousand years would he have expected to have siblings. Someone to care for, someone who cared for him, too. The idea of that made him dizzy already, though he couldn't tell if it was from the delirium, resurrection, heatstroke, or all of them. Nonetheless, Nathan nodded in response, vigorously. "We're all together!" Zora pulled them both close. She wrapped an arm around both Nathan and Nora, and squeezed them all together. Her eyes closed and she smiled gleefully. Warm love welled up in her chest as she hugged her siblings closer. "I'm happy to be back with you two! I-I love you both so much!" @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Oh.. mm, that’s okay. I- I wanna.. see papa again, and- and.. um, M-Miss Jymaiyri..” She smiled back and hugged her siblings close. There was a kindness in this touch, warmth from skin, the slow rise and fall of breath. Life. There was something else, the cloth between them. Nathan’s clothes were different, that pretty purple jacket they always had around their waist was gone. This new outfit was.. scratchy. Nora rubbed the cloth between her hands curiously. “Rough. Mm, wh-when did..um, your clothes.. are different.” @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Vanessa| Sovran+Zora+Cansu

Nathan laughed again, hugging his sisters as best as he could. He was kind of wedged between them all, but hey, he could give hugs, too! "Love you guys, too," Nathan hummed. "We'll see your parents again soon enough, I'm sure of it. The swaps are bound to happen eventually." Love. He loved them. Cared for them more than anything. He'd die a thousand times again to see them happy. (Though, that wouldn't exactly make them happy, so he reserved to keep that to himself. He was alive again. Alive and as well as he could be. Alive and happy, the three of them, they were together again. And that was the best thing they could ever ask for. "Uhm- this? Eh, I think I got this when I came back...?" Nathan wasn't too sure, himself. Upon further inspection, it felt...expensive. Normally, it would have been nice to have something like this, but he was basically in itchiness hell without any other layers underneath. Itchy hell. Itch-aca. Hell in general. "It's. Ehhh..." They squinted slightly. "Eh. Kinda rough. Scratchy. Not fun." They hated the feeling of this. Prickly. Crawly. "It feels crawly." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Vanessa| Sovran+Zora+Cansu

"Mmhm, we'll get to see them again! Maybe things'll be nice, and we'll all get put to the same side!" Zora beamed. It was hopeful thinking, but her smile and the joy in her eyes made it seem that she 100% believed that was a possibility. She genuinely was in such a good mood being reunited with Nora and Nathan. Though, that smile faded slightly when she took notice of the material as well. "Mm, that's not a good texture," Zora couldn't help but make a little face at that. "I've felt bad textures before, that's a bad texture. D'you want my cardigan? She held the material in her hands, frowning a bit as they voiced their displeasure. There was a stirring deep in her core to fix this, clothes were meant to be comfortable. “Mm, I- I can make.. oh! Um, y-your blanket.. I can- I can use it and.. and make you... um, a shirt or ssomething. You should- should be.. um, not itchy. Ooh, yeah, bad textures. He had experienced baddd, bad textures before. This one was probably one of the worst ones, considering Rakin gave him this. "Wh- no, you keep your cardigan!" Nathan insisted with a snort-laugh. He lightly nudged at Zora's shoulder. "It's fine, you don't gotta give me your stuff. Who knows if you'll get sent to the colder side? You gotta stay toasty, man. Even though here is practically aflame." At the suggestion of Nora making them a shirt for them, they fell silent. "I mean...if you wanna," they sheepishly said after a moment, scratching behind their ear. "You- you really don't have to, but um. That'd be nice. That'd be really nice, yeah." Pants, maybe? That seemed like too much. They could probably wear that robe like a dress thing, though it felt. Awkward. (Did Rakin just spawn them back like this??) Arrgh. And their binder was missing too. All of their stuff was, really. All of their stuff was missing. "...did you guys, um. Uh. Did...Rakin give you any of my stuff after I...?" They gestured strangely in some distance. 'Died', maybe. Zora was already shrugging off her cardigan and was handing it to Nora. More of her burn scars and bandages were visible now because she's got a tank top on. "Can you make something out of this?" Zora asked. At Nathan's comment, Zora chuckled. "It's okay! I'll just use my powers to keep me nice and toasty! Or I'll just stay inside, it'll be okay!" "No one deserves to be itchy or feel bad textures," Zora stated with a nod of her head. "You deserve much, much better. Sadly, they didn't give us any of your stuff.. Nora gently pushed Zora’s cardigan back to her. “No, I- I can make something.. it’s- it’s okay! Um.. we- let’s… let’s go find your blanket. Um… it should be.. be in that- that big building. Storm building.” @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Vanessa| Sovran+Zora+Cansu

"I doubt Rakin did this on purpose," Nathan sighed. "The wooly part. It's pretty well made, aside from the itchiness. But if he managed to find like, that one texture that's awful just to piss me off, I gotta give him some credit for that. Some." Their brows furrowed at the fact that none of their stuff was recovered, and even more at the sight of the burns and bandages. They remained silent, simply stewing in their thoughts for a moment.
