To the far right side, and not too far up from #beach, there was a common space made up of sand, rocks, and vine hammocks held up from the rocks. Overall, it just seemed like a place to chill. There were currently only two hammocks put up, but more could probably be placed there if there was demand.

Consciousness finally came back to Moses as he felt the warm sun on his skin. Sand stuck to his face as he sat up from his flat position on the ground and he looked around his surroundings with a suspicious eye. Last he remembered, he was fighting that asshole with green hair. Now... Now where was he? Moses winced a bit in pain, feeling the after math of the fight.

Calamity was sitting cross-cross-applesauce not too far from Moses, her tail flicking up and down, almost rhythmically. It seemed… she’d been waiting for him to wake up. Or confirm he was dead. Either one was a win for the demon. “Hey, you,” she pointed a clawed finger at him. “Do you have any idea where the hell we are?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Hearing a voice, Moses directed his attention to Calamity. What the hell. Moses blinked and slowly rubbed the skin between his eyes, under his glasses. "...Well, judging by your appearance, perhaps hell," he commented, half-jokingly. "..But probably not if you're asking me where we are. That.. guy with the shaved head.. did he take you as well? I'm sure he's why we're here." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

Calamity tossed her head back and laughed at Moses’s comment. He’d learn soon enough. “Ahhhh! So you met Rakin too? A real buzzkill of a guy, if I do say so myself. Great presentation, though. Hm, I suppose he did mention some sort of… tournament or whatever you want to call it. I’m guessing you’re in the same boat?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses nodded, rubbing his jaw as it felt rather sore. "I did.. I swear, if I get my hands on him again.." He grumbled. Moses took in a breath before looking back at Calamity. "..He says he brought people with powers to create chaos.. and to revive some.. species? I don't know. The last time I met someone so brazen and bizarre, I punched them too. Are you hurt anywhere, Miss..?" Moses faded, asking for Calamity's name. @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

The demon grinned. “Calamity. And no, I’m not hurt at all,” she shook her head. “Though Rakin doesn’t seem to be the guy pulling all the strings… buuuuuut, we seem to be on the same side, so I’m with you when you say we should bring him hell! Totally makes things more interesting! He does seem like he wants to stir the pot though- especially with what you’re saying about those with powers…” she glanced back at Moses, almost as if she was sizing him up. “…And you look like you could pack a punch too- and definitely have been doing that for a while. Say, who do I owe the pleasure of getting suck here with?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses found Calamity quite interesting, but not a threat. Her wings, and horns, and well.. her everything, were rather odd to him. He'd never met someone who wasn't human, or at least appeared human. It was good she seemed to be more on the social side. "Well, I wish we could of met under more pleasant of circumstances, Miss Calamity, but it's good he didn't hurt you," Moses nodded. "And I'm Moses. Moses Lor. I, uh.. I guess you could say I'm used to punching, yes. I would rather not have to, if I am being completely honest," he replied and stood up, dusting himself off. "Have you seen or met anyone else yet..? It would be good to group up with any others who were dragged into this situation." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

“Well, Moses, it’s lovely to meet you,” Calamity hummed. “Now that we’re acquainted, I must admit that he did hurt me, but he made it sound necessary, and if your interaction was anything like mine, than that must’ve been the case for you too,” the demon drawled, a fake pout adorning her face. “Oh! Pacifism, very honorable, very honorable. If you’re not up to it but need someone’s shit kicked in, I’d be more than happy to do so!” she too stood up, and looked around. There seemed to be no one else in the area… “Besides Rakin, I haven’t met anyone else, though I’d looove to know how many of us have been chosen for the game!” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses sighed, feeling around the pockets of his pants to see if anything he had in them made it through the dimensional kidnapping. He felt his keys, his wallet, phone.. alright, so the esstionals made it. "He seemed to use electricity to help communicate with us.. it hurt regardless, yes. And.. I suppose I will keep an eye out for anyone who needs to be put in there place. Just because I don't like to, doesn't mean I won't hit someone. I'd prefer to fight my battles rather than toss them to someone else," Moses commented. "..But it seems you're the type to enjoy a fight," he subtly added before clearing his throat. "Same here.. I see something that looks like a building? Perhaps there's people who live here. It looks like an island, honestly. With all the palm trees and sand." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

“Oh! I like your style, Moses. Though I’ll be completely honest with you, you’re right- I looooove a good fight. Fair or not, no matter the odds! I suppose that’s why I was chosen for this event, among other things,” she shrugged, extending her wings slightly. “That does look like some sort of structure, which surely would indicate some sort of being lives there. Not to mention this climate is definitely someone’s cup of tea- a bit cold for me, though. Should be worth a shot to check, though. What about you? You a fan of tropical islands?” she asked as she began to walk towards it, beckoning the man to follow her. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Hm. Noted. Calamity was a bit of a mischievous soul. Moses could deal with that. Probably. "Well, regardless of needing to fight or not right now.. I prefer my tropical islands a bit more planned. An island vacay would of been appreciated otherwise," he joked as he walked with Calamity. "Where are you from if a sunny place like this is considered cold? I have an idea.. but I prefer to not jump to any conclusions." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

Ah yes, Moses definitely seemed like the ‘needs a break’ kinda guy. “Oooh definitely! A nice planned vacation- mai tais and all that. A break from the everyday, hm?” Calamity hummed as she continued leading them in the direction of the edifice looming in the distance. “Conclusions are very much welcome!” The demon laughed, before flashing Moses a wink. “If I’m right about you, than you’re definitely not used to seeing a demon fresh outta Hell. Truth be told, I don’t go out much, so it’s quite cold anywhere that isn’t- you know- on fire.” for someone so… out of place she treated it as if it were casual. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses chuckled and nodded along with Calamity. "Well, I'm more of a soju guy, but yes. A nice drink or two would be rather.. pleasant," he agreed. Moses hummed as Calamity explained her situation, not surprised, but still a bit amazed by it all. "And you would be correct about that. I've never met a non-human before. Some people with amazing powers? Yes, but not much more than that. Do you get out of.. well, I guess hell, very often? You don't seem very disturbed being out of your element." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

Calamity took a mental note of Moses’s responses. Perhaps it would come in handy later. “Soju, huh?” she gave a toothy grin in approval- though Moses didn’t need it. “They’ve gotta have something here that hits like that. And if not… oh! You’ve never met someone that’s not quite human. Hah, I’m flattered to be your first! To be honest, I stopped leaving Hell on a regular basis some time ago… but I really wish I’d have gotten out more! Even if I’m being abducted, there’s so much to glean from an experience like this! I’m an artist too- not just a beacon of chaos, unlike most demons,” she tossed her head back and laughed. “Sooo, what do you do, Moses? You mentioned meeting some people wielding extraordinary powers- surely you’ve got some of your own?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses hummed as he glanced around the passing trees and surroundings, listening to Calamity as he did so. "Interesting. I guess if there's a way to be positive about all of this, I applaud you for finding it, Miss Calamity," Moses replied with a faint smile. "And you're an artist..? What kind?" He asked curiously. Though, at her next question, Moses slightly shrugged. "Nothing as exciting as being a demon in hell bringing chaos. I work as a firefighter in Friea County. I do indeed, have my own powers. They're not as strong anymore because of my son, but I luckily can still use some of it." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

Calamity grinned. “Weeelll, I suppose if you want the more literal answer- I’m a screenwriter, and I’ve been dabbling a bit into traditional drawing practices. As for the one that revolves around the- you know- she motioned to herself, emphasizing her fangs, horns, and tail. “I design new and innovative ways to torture the sinners that end up in my humble corner of Hell. Lately though… I’ve hit quite the bout of ‘artists block’.” she hummed. “A firefighter,” Calamity repeated, smiling once more. “I don’t hear of many people taking that one up. Very admirable,” she hummed. “Oh! And a kid too? What’s he like?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

A demon who was a screenwriter? And a traditional artist? Man, he really had to get into more hobbies if a demon was beating him at it. Moses faintly smiled at Calamity. "Wow.. You're quite skilled at a lot of things, Miss Calamity. What sort of things do you screen write for? I'm not too well verse in tv shows or movies, but I'm sure you write some interesting things despite the block. Maybe getting kidnapped will serve for some inspiration?" He half-jokingly commented. Though, at the question about his kid, Moses' smile brightened. He rummaged for his wallet before opening it up and showing Calamity the contents. One photo was of a young toddler with bright red hair and the same colored eyes as Moses eating what seemed to be cheerios. Another photo was seemingly of the same child, but this time a little older, perhaps middle school age, smiling with a golden colored puppy in his arms. And lastly, there was the same boy as a teenager, wearing glasses that made him look even more similar to Moses posing with a peace sign into the camera. "Yeah, this is my boy. His name's Viktor. He turned 13 this July. I was worried that he got caught up in this mess too, but it seems I was the only one taken here. Thank goodness. It's the summer time now, so it's my turn to watch him for a few months, but.. Ugh, with this whole situation, I hope he's okay back home. His mom is away on a trip.. but I know he's smart enough to call for help from someone else, but I need to get back to him.." Moses rambled. @Morgan | Calamity + Julien (edited)

Calamity’s face lit up. “Oh, I’m soooo glad you asked! Right now, I’ve been working on my pet-project, titled ‘Supernormal’. It’s about two demon brothers who go to earth on the roadtrip of an afterlifetime to raise hell! It used to be strictly about promoting demon customs and whatnot- though recently I’ve been more interested in the going-ons of you mortals, oh- and angels. They’re quite fascinating! And you’re so absolutely right, Moses! Being chained up to that wall really gave me a burst of inspiration to keep my sinners entertained- I think a huge torture maze would be sooooo much fun, what do you think?” As she rambled on, she looked at the photos Moses had pulled out, doing her best to delicately handle them with her clawed fingers. “These are adorable,” she hummed, her tone genuine. “He’s quite young too, that’s a relief he’s not here- as much as I looove torture and agony- I have standards, and a place like this is not one for a child. Hmm…” she tapped her free finger to her chin. “That’s unfortunate that your time with him was cut short due to this… are you and your partner divorced?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses listened to Calamity talk about her project. It sounded interesting, Moses wasn't going to lie. Shows and movies about the afterlife and creatures beyond humans were always captivating, perhaps it was the idea of the unknown, but with a genuine demon making such films, Moses figured Calamity's depictions would be far more accurate. "Intriguing.. If any copies ever make it to the world of the living, I would be interested in buying a few. Do you take american dollars?" He asked with a small smile. "As for a torture maze.. well, if it's for the damned, then I suppose it would be.. effective." Yeah, that was the right way to word things. The older man chuckled faintly and couldn't help but nod in agreement with Calamity. "Yeah, it makes me 100x more relieved to know he's not here right now. He'd probably be really freaked out.." He commented before nodding once more. "Yes. His mother and I separated when he was two. Most of the year, he lives with his mother and step-mom, while I visit every week, but in the summer time, he lives with me. It's the agreement we came to since my job is harder to have normal days off during the week, so instead, I take off a good chunk during the time he has off from school." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien (edited)

The demon broke out into a pleasantly surprised grin. Of all the things she expected Moses to say, it definitely wasn’t support. What a day this was! “Oh! I’ll definitely hook you up for free- don’t you worry your pretty little head! Your interest is enough payment for me. For a while, I’d been mailing copies of the latest seasons out to a fan on earth- I want to say he’s a little older than your son- so I’ll definitely figure something out! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!” how she was sending mail from Hell was a question best answered for another day. Calamity listened intently, giving the man nods ever now and then. He wasn’t one of her sinners, nor the boring guy that unwillingly chained her up, and well… he was interesting too. It’s not every day you meet a divorced dad wanting to do good- at least, she didn’t encounter many divorced dads with alright motives, no way in Hell. “So you and your ex are on seemingly good terms- that’s nice, that’s nice,” she hummed. “I’m sure that helps your kid out a lot. The schedule doesn’t seem too bad either, though it sucks you got zapped during a time where he’s with you.” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses was a little surprised by Calamity's replied, his expression showing just that. "You have a fan on Earth..? And you use the postal system to send it to him..?" Moses was confused about the logistics, but hey, he wasn't going to complain about a free copy of media. Physical copies of stuff weren't cheap, after all. "I'll make sure to give you my honest review once I watch it," he smiled. "Yeah.. We were just having breakfast together too.. God, I hope he turns the stove off," Moses groaned. He continued walking until they finally reached the building they were heading towards, which seemed nothing more than a bunch of mud and sticks holding up a rotting shed. "..Doesn't seem like there's much structure around here. This island must be pretty rural still.. But with this here, that might mean there's more civilization around," Moses hummed as he wiped some of the sweat building on his forehead with the back of his palm. @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

“It’s… complicated,” the demon replied, debating if it was really worth it to explain how demon snail mail worked. “Sometimes I need to go up to Earth to get stamps- but yes! I have a very dedicated mortal fan that really likes what I make. Makes me wonder what kind of media you mortals are even into…” she shrugged. “I’d looooooove a review! Oh, that would be great!” Two whole mortal fans!!! Calamity loved marketing. “Breakfast? Damn, that stupid green guy really knows how to kill a good time. My condolences,” she paused, slowing her pace as they approached the structure… well, what the pair had thought was a structure. “Huh. I didn’t expect our building to be so… shoddy,” she frowned, then shook her head. “We’d better find somewhere that provides a bit of shade before you start burning alive. Then you’d have muuuuch worse to worry about than a stove not being turned off. But with how Rakin was talkin’, there’s gotta be some sort of place for all us ‘contestants’ to gather. You think you’re going to be okay to keep walking?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses imagined Hell-Earth mail was complicated, yeah. He nodded, chuckling faintly. "Well, I don't speak for all mortals, but I'm partial to animal documentaries. I like learning about the world around myself," Moses replied. "I'll make sure to leave a good review. I'm a verified rotten tomatoes reviewer," Moses jokingly boasted. At the mention of burning alive, Moses wiped even more sweat off his face. "I'll be fine. I've survived much worse than a little bit of heat," he smiled tiredly. "Plus, I made sure to drink plenty of water this morning. I shouldn't need more for a little bit now. Considering all the sand and palm trees.. Perhaps we could source water from fruit like coconuts.. Or if we're lucky, there's a fresh water source that leads to the ocean. Do.. do you need water to survive? Sorry for the ignorance. I'm not sure how demon biology works all that much." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

“Ahhhh, I understand,” Calamity nodded. “You’re a man of culture! Studying those that intrigue you through the safe lenses of your screens! Yes!” she clapped her hands together at her weird summary. “And you’re a verified reviewer! Is it just the animal documentaries you watch and review? No shame in that, of course,” she clicked her tongue and continued. Moses was sure shaping up to be an interesting guy. Hopefully everyone else in the torture maze wasn’t like him. That would make it much harder to win. “A reviewer and a survivalist, I see. You definitely know your stuff! Veeery commendable. Coconuts are a good start- that’s gotta mean if we find some, there will be a source of water… assuming if wherever we are relies on however Earth plants get their water. As someone who… isn’t quite human, I don’t require food and drinks as much as you do- but it sure boosts morale! You mortals invented the ‘sweet tooth’ and boy do your sweets taste excellent!” she looked around, though unfortunately that run down shed was still the only lead the pair had. “You think if we keep walking, we’ll eventually find something?” @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

He couldn't help but laugh a little at Calamity's description of documentaries. "I guess you're right about that. My bustling days of traveling to strange unknown places are over now. As for my reviews, it's mainly on those documentaries, yes, but I dabble in some indie films as well," Moses replied. He hummed as Calamity continued on, taking note of the information she gave him. "I see.. so nutrients and substance would still benefit you. I'm not sure if we'll find anything too sweet out here. We'd be lucky if they had berries we could eat. Perhaps we need to seek out more of the land. We'd cover more ground if we split up in that case. How about we meet back up here in a few hours? Be on the lookout for possible water and food sources, but also see if there's anyone else as well? I'm sure the.. sort of stable shack here is an easy return point." @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

“Hah! Yeah, after this whole mess, you’d better be getting a nice vacation somewhere,” Calamity hummed. “Somewhere where you don’t have to forage for food. Splitting up would be ideal- more ground covered, and hopefully more food. You seem more than capable of taking care of yourself too, though a time limit would come in handy if anything were to arise. Sooooo it’s settled! Let’s meet back at the shack in a few hours time- the more food and people we find, the merrier!” the torture maze did not have to be endured alone. “Good luck, Moses! See you in a bit!” the demon called to him in a singsongy manner as she turned a random direction and started walking. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Calamity had already said all the words Moses wanted to, so instead of repeating them and rambling, he simply nodded and gave her a thumbs up. "You too. Don't be too reckless, Calamity," he chuckled and started off in the opposite direction. He hoped the woman would stay safe. Not everyone would be as friendly and open as she was. @Morgan | Calamity + Julien

Well. Maki was here now! They let out a small groan as they arrived and they slowly sat up, examining the area. Where the hell were they...? They blinked slowly before they shut their eyes. God it was so bright. At least they had their mask.... @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

A little bit after meeting Theora, Moses was once again on the move to scout the area. He moved eastward, whistling a funky tune as he walked. When he noticed someone laying on the ground, Moses quickly jogged over. "Hey--You okay?" He asked them and offered them a hand. "You kids are just dropping from the sky one by one around here-" @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki looked up at Moses and stared at them for a moment before they narrowed their eyes at Moses. Or well...the mask narrowed it's eyes at Moses as Maki's face was covered. They didn't say anything or do anything aside from...stare. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

And Moses stared in return for a moment. "Oh, sorry. You're probably thinking I'm just some weird stranger-" Moses cleared his throat. "I'm Moses. I got kidnapped by some guy named Rakin, and I assume you did too? There's a few of us already here. I'm trying to scout the area for people and for potential threats. I won't bite, promise, kid." @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki nodded. They did think Moses was some weird stranger. Then they nodded again and looked around the area before they glanced back up at Moses. How many more people are here? They signed. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses immediately recognized Maki's motions as sign, but he couldn't exactly understand what they were trying to get across. "Ah, sorry kid, I only know IPSL fluently. Uh, give me a sec.." The older man took out his phone and opened up the notes app. He gestured it towards Maki. "Here. This will make it easier between us." @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki glanced at the phone before they took it and typed.

IPSL? Remind me which one that is again, please? You said you are fluent? Did you study it? I am Maki, by the way. They/Them.

Maki typed up then they handed the phone back to Moses. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses read over the text and smiled. "Nice to meet you Maki. And IPSL is Indo-Pakistani sign. It's mainly used in South Asia. I learned it because uh.. it's a bit complicated to explain it all, but I knew someone who used it, so I learned it to communicate with him," Moses explained. "Are you okay? Hurt anywhere?" He asked and gestured the phone back. @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki shrugs at that simply before they take the phone back. Its very bright. And sandy. It hurts a bit. Hurts my eyes but my mask does help. They typed before they pause. Their hands hover over the keyboard before they continue to type. Are you harmed? How many people are here? Do you know what is going on? @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Mm.. It is really sunny here, yes. Apparently it's only going to get hotter too," Moses said, the sweat already seeping into his hair and clothes since he's been walking around. "Do you need help standing? And I did get into a bit of a scuffle with Rakin... guy really ticked me off, but I'm okay. I've met a few other people, one of them is an alien who got here before we all did, and the other two were also taken here like us. I don't.. really know what's happening, but basically, Rakin kidnapped people with powers and is trying to force us into creating chaos. Maki made a face at that, scowling slightly. Then they stood up and dusted themselves off. With a simple flick of their wrist they summoned a notebook and pen and began to write. I hate the sand. They wrote. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Well, looks like Maki didn't need help standing at least. Moses gave them some space and raised a brow when he saw the book Maki created. "Oh, you have a notebook. Handy," he commented as he read what Maki wrote. He couldn't help but laugh a little. "Not a beach person, huh? I get ya. It gets everywhere and it's incredibly difficult to get rid of. I think the sand is the least of our worries though, kid," Moses replied as he glanced around. "I haven't encountered anything or anyone dangerous, besides Rakin. I'm hoping everyone here is like that. I have been told that giant crabs like to attack people here though.. So there's that to watch out for." @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Lots of sand in my hair already. I hate it. Maki cringed before they looked down at the book. Rakin and I spoke. I think he's a idiot. He tripped when he tried to send me here. What a fool. "There's a river a little southward if you want to rinse off.. but I think that's the best we got in terms of baths around here," Moses commented. "Rakin is an idiot for thinking none of us would try and hurt him if he just kidnapped us, but regardless, he's dangerous. I would advice to avoid if possible," he added. "And yes, I have my own powers. Crystals. What exactly are you powers, Maki..? I would say book, but that makes me sound like the idiot," Moses faintly chuckled. @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki scowled slightly at that before they huffed. My hair.... :( They wrote before they nodded along to Moses. They stared down at their book for a few seconds before they scribbled down something else. Illusions. My book is an illusion. But due to the nature of my powers it looks like a book to normal people. They smile slightly. That is how my mask can change. Illusion.

"Sorry, kiddo. You may have to forgo hair washing night for a while," Moses nodded with a small chuckle. Though, at Maki's explanation, Moses nodded. "Ohh, I see. That makes sense. My hair is too long. Maki wrote before they took a step back. They seemed a bit anxious now as they turned to their hair, gently running their fingers through it before they turned away and eyed the ground. Yes. How do your powers work? You said crystals? They tilted their head. How does that work? @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses hummed. "I can cut your hair for you if you want, kiddo. I've done it before with my crystals, actually," Moses offered with a smile. To follow along with his words and Maki's question, Moses raised his pointer finger and in a flash, a small quartz crystal materialized out of thin air. The crystal balanced on Moses' finger and reflected a pretty rainbow light on nearby surfaces. "I can create them in any shape and size, and if there are some already existing, I can mold them like clay. Ah.. It's a little harder for me to create them now that my son is older, but I still have a pretty good grasp on them." @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Maki stared at Moses and raised an eyebrow at them. You just met me. They wrote down. No offense, it's very weird of you to offer to cut my hair. I can manage it on my own. I will figure it out. They wrote. But your power is quite fascinating... They began to scribble down some more before they looked back at Moses. Is it pure crystal? @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses couldn't help but chuckle as he read Maki's reply. "So? A Barber or hair stylist is also very often a stranger to most people when go for the first time. I understand if you find it uncomfortable for me to handle your hair, of course. I'm not going to do anything you don't want," Moses replied. He then offered the crystal he made to Maki. "It is. Here. You can keep this one as a souvenir." @Cap! | Maki🧿 + Andre🌾

Very slowly, Moses tapped the edge of the chair, checking to see just how real it felt. "Wow.. Yeah, no. If I didn't see you do that just now, I definitely would of thought this was real," Moses nodded. What a scary power... In the hands of a child, no less. Maki bit the inside of their cheek at the question before they thought about it. They didn't respond for a few moments before they looked down at their book and shrugged. Don't know. Well, Moses wasn't going to pry more about it if that's what Maki told them. He was a straightforward guy. Took what was given. "Mm, I see. I've met a few people who were given their powers by outside sources too. It's not always blood related," Moses commented. Though, he shook his head at Maki's question. "Not anymore, unfortunately. Moses nodded. "You'd be correct about that, kiddo. My son has already been able to make similar crystals to my own, and at a faster rate. I didn't gain full control of my powers until I was sixteen.. so give or take about three years, I probably won't have my powers anymore." Despite the fact he would lose his powers soon, Moses didn't seem deterred by it. If anything, he seemed proud to talk about his son. "You're pretty funny, kid. As much as I would like to kick that little green guy's ass right now, I'm more concerned about finding suitable shelter and food for everyone. Maki brought their hand to their face and narrowed their eyes for a moments, deep in thought. So they had shelter, water, but no food. Or well some food but just crabs. Not everyone likes crab, now did they? I can cook stuff with crab. They write. So if we can get other supplies...I can make...crab cake...or something else. They loose up at Moses before they let out a small laugh, before they shrugged.

Very carefully balanced, Isabelle cracked a leg off the crab, placing it in Moses' hand. "Well I'd normally suggest a more balanced diet for survival, but I'm sure you can go get a coconut later." She somehow managed to catch herself from falling as she readjusted her position. "My powers are mostly useless in a scenario like this. Moses took the crab leg gratefully and cracked it further open with little issue. He quickly at the contents before tossing it aside. "Do you want help carrying those, by chance? I won't eat them, but you just seem to be struggling a bit," he offered. "Oh, and there's apparently a pretty lush garden up north from here. It'll provide us some much needed greens and fruit for us. I can put up a pretty good seafood soup for us too," Moses added. Though, he raised a brow at Isabelle's question. "How shiny..? Well, a crystals a crystal," he said and just for example, created a small one in his hand. It was long, but skinny. "I would like some help, I'm mostly looking to feed other people. I've had my fill." She chuckled. "The farmland will prove to be a big help. I haven't come across it yet myself. "This small thing? I mean, sure, but let me take those crabs off your hands first," Moses said and put the small crystal in his pocket for a second. He created something else—a crystal basket. It reflected an annoyingly amount of light, but with the crabs in it, it'd be more bearable. "Here. You can dump those bad boys in here and I'll carry them." @Gab | Ip🪩 + Subaru

Oh wow that's... something. "Well alright then. Color me impressed yet again." As Isabelle approached the basket, she did not seem to be bothered by the light being reflected at all. As she placed the crabs inside, her hand seemed to go in much farther than the bottom of the basket as her hand finally made contact with a reflection for the first time in a hot minute. Rakin seems to have made sure of it in this case." She moved her hand around just to be sure but pulled it out again in disappointment. This time around Maki didn't go to watch the fight, though when the heard Moses' name on the loud speaker they perked up. Hey! They were just talking to- Moses will be going to side B. ....What. No. Maki stared upwards and balled their fists, scowling. No no no no no! They trusted Moses and now they had nobody else here! Shit! All that talk was for nothing then-!? No. No. No. Maki had to breathe. They took a deep breath, trying to calm themselves down. ...It wasn't working. Maki crouched down onto the ground as they continued to ball their fists and hit themselves on the head. The tendril pat the wolf on the head before it grabbed the apples and pulled them away. A thick cloud of black smoke swirled around the area for a few moments, before a demonic roar was heard followed by the crunching of apples...then. silence.
