The only thing in this room was a large circle on the floor which contained storming clouds.. The bottom could not be seen. But this is the teleportation room, right? So... you probably had to jump in to the clouds?

Aldreda ran over to the new room that had opened. "Huh- well. I guess this is how this works.." She mumbled. She decided to first test out the clouds by sticking her foot in, but as soon as she touched it, she was zapped away in a flash.

Connie ran as fast as she could to get to the teleportation room, already gasping and out of breath by the time she got there. Despite zapping her way along, she was still all wheezy. Upon getting to the circle in the floor, Connie immediately tripped and ate shit, falling headfirst into the clouds. She too, was zapped away.

Scurrying away from the zoo, Kian had a vague idea of who he could for help—Mr. Sovran, of course. He was on the other side still, right? Perhaps his lightning could somehow cancel out Cansu's. He didn't know exactly where the exit to the other side was, but Rakin said there was one. So, after a little bit of running around, Kian finally came across this strange room. He nervously looked around, unsure what to expect. Taking a small step forward, Kian stumbled—Zap!

The teleport room! Nathan readjusted their hold on Nora as the group approached the teleport room, squinting slightly at the entire vibe of it. "...Is this the right place?" Nathan warily asked. It looked...ominous. Y'know, with the whole, hey there's no floor, just clouds circle. "Looks more like a summoning circle than a teleportation...spot...thing...warp." Were the clouds crackling? They weren't too keen on dying a third. @cult family

“Looks like the right place,” Sovran peered into the clouds. “Looks like another death trap to me. I can be the one to test it out, if you’d like.” Zora made a little noise. She didn’t want anyone else to die today. She was so tired of death, she was just tired of everything. This all sucked. @cult family

Yeonaixho obviously could not see the teleport circle, but was wary. "Mhm.... I don't want you risking yourself like that. I don't want anyone risking it alone." He frowned, and adjusted how Minerva sat in his arms. "We should go together." @cult family

Nora had trudged along with Nathan, half carried by him over here. She clung tighter to Nathan, smushing an ear into his arm as she turned away from the flashing lights. ”mm… ‘s..loud…” @cult family

"You can't say, 'it's a death trap' and 'I'll test it' in the same breath, man," Nathan grumbled, carefully mussing with Nora's hat. Tired. Eepy. "But everyone going in together?" they questioned. "I don't think that's the best, either. What about pairs? If someone teleports to the other side- and then comes back, it should be safe, right? Or maybe a pair, instead of just solo?" @cult family

“Just sayin’, I feel like I’m the more likely one to test it on out.”Sovran spoke in a quieter voice for Nora. “You all are kids, and Yeonaixho’s got a baby, I got this.” “We’ll do pairs,” Zora grumbled. “You’re a-already carrying me. I’m immortal. It’ll be fine.” “Don’t like that idea,” Sovran frowned. “I’ll just do it alone.” Zora’s hand gently bonked the side of Sovran’s head. “You really haven’t changed. Except in some ways, you’re the same.” “‘Except in some ways’ is a mighty nice way of sayin’ ‘you got old.’ Very nice.” Sovran chuckled. “But if we’re so firm on doin’ pairs, we can.” @cult family

"Zora's right- we'll do pairs. Sovran and Zora, Nathan and Nora, and... me and Minerva, I suppose." Yeonaixho nodded. "It'll be safest that way." He rested a hand affectionately on Sovran's arm. "Be safe. Please." @cult family

Pale purple eyes shifted to watch the movement out the corner of their eye. Nathan didn't say a word- eyes darting up to Zora as if to reaffirm their thoughts. Affectionate. Kind. "We're gonna be there soon, don't worry," Nathan reassured Nora, their attention shifting back to her. "We're gonna go through the clouds here, 'n go to the other side, yeah? Zora and Sovran are gonna go first, then it's our turn. Then we can get some nice hot chocolate and clean our clothes. And mangoes." @cult family

“I’ll be safe, promise,” Sovran let go of his crutch and let it lean against him so he could grab Yeonaixho’s hand. He gave it a firm and loving squeeze. “I’ll be safe, you be safe, too. Both you and Minnie.” Zora watched the scene with squinted eyes. “Hey, are you-” “Time to go, kid,” Sovran let go of Yeonaixho’s hand and gave a two finger salute. “See you all on the other side of this.” And with that, Sovran took Zora into the portal. They both disappeared the second they touched it. @cult family

"I will." Yeonaixho said, returning the squeeze before letting Sovran go. "See you soon." He turned towards Nora and Nathan. "Do you two want to go now?" @cult family

Nora still wasn’t looking, and seemingly didn’t notice when Zora went first. Probably for the best… ”mm, we’re… going through.. through clouds..? …wanna go..” @cult family

Nathan squinted even more at the pair. Fruit bowls. Pineapple and starfruit. But Zora and Sovran were gone in a flash, and Nathan was immediately all on edge. Just like that? Juno was speaking- and so was Nora, too. "Huh? Oh, yeah, we can go. It's just a few steps forward, alright Nai'o?" Back to Nora- Nathan lightly ruffled her hat, and squeezed her shoulder. "We're almost there, don't worry," they reassured. "We're just gonna step forward, alright? Just a lil' step forward, and we're gonna see Zora soon." @cult family

"Good luck," Yeonaixho nodded. He lingered back, to let Nora and Nathan step onto the circle. @cult family

Nora still had her eyes closed, completely trusting her brother to guide her. ”okay..” @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡

"Onna count of three, alright? One, two-" Their foot was already hovering over the clouds- "Three, step." And when they followed through the motion, they disappeared in a flash. @cult family

Once Nora and Nathan were gone, Yeonaixho stepped onto the circle himself. He and babby promptly disappeared.
