The extra gust of cold wind jostled Moses back up. Being on edge wasn't a good trait to have when you were stuck in an unknown environment. He was preparing for an attack, but when he saw a familiar figure pacing around, Moses relaxed. "Agustin?" He called out to the other man, raising a brow. He couldn't clearly see him from that distance, but Moses could make out the familiar shape and colors of Agustin. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Agustin paused his pacing, taking a deep breath and looking over at Moses. "You're here now- I almost forgot that side switch happened recently." Agustin sighed. "Are you okay? Did Rakin not get you a new outfit?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

He put his glasses back on, nodding as he did so. "I'm fine. Freezing my ass off, but fine. You wouldn't happen to have extra clothes or anything would you?" Moses sighed. "Was Rakin supposed to get us new clothes?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Rakin gave us amphibs a second pair of clothes when we got here. So you can borrow my second set." Agustin said. "Our clothes are in the other barracks building.. So I can step out and get them if you want." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"I'd appreciate it. On the other side, running around half naked worked in my favor. Here? I'd die within a moment outside of the building," Moses sighed. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"I almost passed out myself when I got taken back to this side." Agustin sighed. "Once you get your coat and warm up you might be interested in one of the rooms that opened up on this side. I got to call my dad. I think you'll get a call too." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"I didn't see them be connected to anything, but it said it was a 'mental connection', and my dad's still in his coma.. I would have believed that it was all made up by Rakin to trick us but my dad was about to reveal something about the compass that Rakin used to take us here before he was cut off. So I have a feeling Rakin doesn't control it, but he is listening.. Or Rakin's master." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Hm.. well, shit," Moses sighed and massaged his temple for a moment. "I don't know why they would give us access to those phones if they were just going to cut us off anytime they want, but that's interesting to know. Moses made a face at that. "Only one..? Damn. No, I don't. I guess I'll just have to tell my son to inform someone from the station then," he sighed. "Well, as soon as I get those clothes, mind showing me where those booths are, Agustin?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Of course. I'll be right back." Agustin grabbed the handle of the door. "And these clothes are pretty meticulously tailored to my size so.. They might be a bit long on you. Just a warning." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

The veteran waved his hand dismissively. "Better to have them be long than me catching hypothermia. Don't sweat it," Moses replied, not very worried. "Thanks again, Agustin." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Mhm." Agustin headed out, letting the cold back in for only a moment before managing to close the door behind him. Aaaaaaand a few minutes later he came trudging back in, now carrying an armful of clothes. They seemed to be exact replicas of what he was wearing currently. "I threw in my other change of boxers too, freshly cleaned, since I figure you'd want a change after a day of being out in that sweaty mess." Agustin said and trudged over to him, dropping the pile on the bed. "Dante is usually in charge of doing laundry, but I haven't seen him around recently.." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses hadn't moved much from his seat on the bed when Agustin returned. He was still bundled up in the blanket, even when Agustin put the clothes next to him. "Oh, thanks. Are you sure you're okay with me using your spare boxers too? Aren't you going to need them when you change them out?" Moses asked with a raised brow. "I really don't mind just using the top layer of things," he hummed and started to shuffle through the items Agustin brought. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

There was a coat with pink sleeves, a dense gray sweater, wool lined gray pants, thermal socks, boots, dense gray gloves, a pair of black boxers, and a dark purple belt. "I don't mind going commando while Dante does the laundry, he doesn't take too long with it." Agustín said. "Just long enough to take a nap where I can be under a blanket anyway." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"I see.. Well, it'd probably be good for my own hygiene to switch out of everything I'm wearing," Moses sighed as he looked over everything. "I don't even want to know how I smell right now. The cold is probably making it less noticeable, but still, not great," Moses commented. Moses stood up and handed up the blanket to Agustin. "Do you mind holding this up while I change? I usually don't really care about changing in front of people, but if any kids are walking around, I think it'd be best to be a bit more private." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Oh, yeah, sure." Agustin grabbed the corners of the blanket and held it up, including over his own face, so Moses was blocked from the door. "There is a restroom here so you can shower. That water is hot. And the door locks, unlike everywhere else here.." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Damn, you guys even got running hot water on this side? I can see who Rakin's favorites are," Moses commented with no real malice. He started to change as soon as Agustin held the blanket up, shuffling a bit behind it. It took a couple of minutes of trial and error with tucking some things in and rolling sleeves and pant legs up, but Moses felt a thousand times better with the thick layer of coating on. "Alright, I'm all done. You can put it down now," he told Agustin. Everything was indeed baggy on Moses, but not by much in terms of width. Any length problems was solved by the rolling of fabric, and usually, Moses wouldn't consider himself a pink guy, but it probably didn't look half bad on him either. "Ah.. Nice and toasty now. Rakin even made these clothes comfy for you guys. I bet the guys on the other side would be jealous to see what perks you guys get over here," Moses lightly joked. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"I don't know if hot water makes up for only being able to eat fish and pine needles for a month and a half.." Agustín mumbled, dropping the blanket once Moses was done. "But yeah, the clothes are pretty nice. One of the only nice things about this place. I think most of the artsy stuff here is done by Rakin.. Which is a bit weird considering his vibe the rest of the time." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses hummed as he made some final adjustments to the cuff to his sleeves. "Proper shelter with heating, running water, and seemingly electricity too. I think most would prefer that over just having more variety of food," he replied, not really arguing, but just stating things. "Rakin has been giving mixed signals this entire thing. I can't decide if he's just a selfish asshole, or a self riotous asshole who thinks he's helping everyone by doing this," Moses frowned. "Regardless.. Lead me to those phones, would you? Agustín definitely had thoughts that didn't agree with Moses, but best to not start an argument. "Mhm. It's not too far." Agustin said and opened the door, once again letting in the wind chill. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge
