Connie has unlocked: SAUNA! North of #dining-hall , a new building popped up. Plumes of steam rose from a chimney in the back. Inside, there were a few rooms. One held a hot tub, another had a steam room with hot coals, and another had a few massage tables with a basket full of various oils and supplies... However, the first thing you'd encounter when walking in is a changing area with stalls. There were five nice robes on the rack next to the stalls for you to change in to.

As Lykos was sitting in the sauna, enjoying the warmth and comfort no doubt, they would begin to notice that the room around them was getting very, very, very silent. There was no more hissing of the water hitting the rocks, or the wood creaking as she adjusted her sitting, or the light whooshing of the wind outside. Everything was still. Lykos had been sent here after the fight. At first, the steam was just bothersome, but they quickly found out trying to walk outside with damp clothing was even worse than the normal cold. So in the sauna they remained! Their coat and sweater were messily folded by the changing area, with their shoes and socks resting beneath. For the first time, Lykos seemed relaxed. Their heart beats faster. The same as when they were brought here, the silence in the trees, the brooks. Same as that room that opened to the endless sky, their voice silenced. It was stupid to hope they could escape through it in the first place. Would it be better to turn it off, they didn’t want to pass out- Lykos froze in place as It spoke in their mind. The flashes of color began to appear right across from Lykos. At that moment, the sound came back all at once. The hissing steam was near deafening after that complete silence. ... And the door reappeared as well. Lykos could flee, but it seemed like Alrai Pin's powers were limited here. He had a chance to fight them. The sound startled them, bringing their hands to their ears. After a moment, they grinned. Their chance. Or a trap, but what did she have to lose? Connie would understand. The colors continued on for a time, before fading away... Standing in front of Lykos was some creature. It was an awful mixture of Riki and Lykos- it towered over her, and took in raggedy breaths. Its fur was splotchy, in some places a cool blue, and in others, black. Ten tails were wagging behind it. It stood hunched, with giant paws with equally sized claws. Its row of sharp teeth glistened with saliva. "Do you like it?" It asked, it's voice sounding just like Riki's had. "I have been trying to figure out how to avoid you getting added in, but it is tricky." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos stared down the creation, unable to repress a shudder at the sight of It. A vile bastardization of Riki’s memory. A creature born of the doctor’s nightmare and own magic- a complete antithesis to the dream that inspired their work. Alrai Pin lunged forward, throwing a giant paw in to the wall right beside Lykos' head. It cracked some of the wood as it made impact, sending splinters everywhere. Lykos struggled for breath, vision blurring as It tore into her. Voices- a flash of metal and light. Momentary relief from this nightmare. Their hold tightened around the totem, and finally it worked. Bright, blinding pink light erupted from the totem and into the monster’s eyes. Lykos used Dazzling Gleam!

Lykos glared at the door for a moment, panting. The heat was starting to get to them, nausea now tightening their throat. Their voices, and the dull pain in her chest, told the doctor that it was all real. ’Well there was plenty of. Corpses. Still left to work with.’ It spoke with Riki’s voice. Lykos cringed and curled instinctively around the totem, her knees meeting his forehead as they took a moment to breathe. “That was A-Alrai Pin, the true host of this hell. Horrible didn’t even begin to describe it. “It has clear weaknesses, at the very least.. sudden light and sound overloads it. They never did well with the heat. What was pleasant before was just sickening, especially after.. that. Lykos grimaced, taking a few deep breaths. “It’s- it’s too damn warm and.. and hot- humid.” They flinched at Juno’s touch, his skin significantly cooler than their own. "We should get out of here. It's not good to stay in a sauna for prolonged periods of time." Yeonaixho said, like a sauna safety sign. Slowly, they guided Lykos to the door. "I can't see, so you're going to have to help me a bit here, okay?" Lykos followed along slowly, acting as Juno’s seeing eye… Lykos. There was a nice drop in temperature as they exited the steam room and into the changing area. “We’re.. we’re out of the.. the main sauna room, now. Ugh.. Lykos still looked worse for wear, they were breathing heavily and their skin was flushed and clammy looking. “I-I’m fine. Nauseous..” ’It used my magic to create that. They didn’t look too happy about it, but they nodded. “Just.. give me a moment to.. to put my clothes back.” They set the totem aside gently, and walked off to find a towel. After a moment they were significantly less damp. They pulled their socks and shoes back on, and got their sweater on. They quickly got their coat and turned to the two men. “Alright. Lykos nodded. “Good, it would be best for everyone to remain in groups, at least pairs. It can read minds and create illusions that fool the senses, being in groups could disrupt that. Connie listened quietly, watching Lykos as they spoke. "Silvestria," she repeated, trying not to fumble the pronunciation too badly. "The ability to turn into animals and creatures...I'm gonna guess you didn't really like them, huh? Did they...like, have full control? Was it wishes?"
