Toward the middle left side of the area was a common area made up of sand, rocks, and vine hammocks tied up to the rocks. It was fairly close to the #beach, #farmland, and #pathway, making it a pretty frequented area. There were only two hammocks put up right now, but more could probably be placed if requested.

After mucking about and doing absolutely nothing but just wait in that damp, dirty, vine-y ramshackle of a building, Nathan had eventually made his way through the grass over to what he had thought was an occupied area- to which it was not, but it was a common-looking area. "Hey, anyone there?" Nathan called out, beginning to tie his jacket around his waist. This heat was going to straight up suffocate him in his sick-ass outfit. "C'mon, don't be shy, I'm just as lost as you are." Whether or not he was talking to the wind, he didn't care. Talking would keep him sane through all of this. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

After the refreshing stop at the stream, Moses headed westward. Coming across the hammocks set up, Moses figured they were put there by the first three who lived here. It didn't seem all the comfortable, but at least they made the most of what they had. He stopped by for a moment, examining the area. @soul | 🎻

Theora marched back to where she had been before. Perhaps Miles had found the hammocks. Taken a rest. Shame she couldn't take him out. Would have been easy. Instead she found another stranger. Of course, she wasted no time in walking up to him to ask, "Have you seen a nineteen year old boy called Miles?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

The question itself wasn't what perplexed Moses. It was the fact it came from what seemed to be a teenage girl. Moses blinked in confusion as he faced Theora. "No, I haven't, sorry.. but hey, you must be one of the kids Rakin brought here. Thank goodness you're not hurt," Moses said with relief. "Who's Miles? A friend of yours?" @soul | 🎻

"Nineteen. Not a kid." So many old people here. "I don't get hurt easily." Girl you got bonked with a rock earlier. Her expression soured at the mere concept of being friends with Miles. "No. He's not my friend. He's my target. I'm supposed to bring him back to base where he belongs." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Right, sorry. You're a pretty big kid," Moses chuckled faintly. Awh, how cute. This girl seemed tough. "And your target..? I think we're a little far away from home for you to bring him to your 'base'. What does he look like? Maybe in the meantime, we can keep a lookout." @soul | 🎻

Theora glowered at him. "Once I find him, I'll work out a way to get out of here. Brown hair. Looks stupid. Ranging level of height and consciousness." Only one of those is an actual physical description pop off queen. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses hummed. "You got a headstrong head on your shoulders, young lady. I'm sure if you're that determined, you'll be able to get out of here with no problem, but for now, why don't you take a small break? He suggested. "You look like you've been running around for a while. You won't be able to capture your target if you're worn down. Trust me. I've tried to do that before in my younger years. Twisted my ankle pretty bad because of how tired I was." @soul | 🎻

Theora continued to glower. "I'll get to rest properly when I'm back at the facility. With Miles returned. My focus is getting him back. It's my mission." She grimaced and glanced at Moses' foot. "Don't twist your ankle next time. It's easily avoided." I don't think so but sure. "Have you seen Miles?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses sighed and rested a hand on his hip. "What I'm trying to say is that by the time you find Miles, you would of already expended all of your energy. What's your name, little one?" Moses decided to attack the problem via diverting Theora's question. @soul | 🎻

Theora eyed him suspiciously. "You are not answering my question. You're covering for him." She stepped closer and leant into his personal space. "Where is he?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses couldn't help but chuckle a little at that. "Oh? Do you think you can threaten the information out of me?" He taunted. "You're never going to find him if you think that's how you gather information, little one." @soul | 🎻

"I won't need to threaten you if you tell me where he is." Sorry Moses. She's on a mission. Literally. "I had an Eye on him before. Now they've taken his bag." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses raised a brow, but his smile didn't fade. "Well, maybe if you tell me your name, I'd feel more incline to tell you what I know," he mused. "And perhaps what purpose it serves to bring him back to your 'base'." @soul | 🎻

"It's nice to meet you Theora. I'm Moses." She didn't ask, but Moses was going to tell her anyways. "And why does Miles belong there? Did he do something bad?" @soul | 🎻

"It's where he lives now. I live there too." Theora scrunched up her nose at Moses' words. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"Oh. So you want to bring him back home then..?" Moses questioned. "Hmm... but why do you call him your target? If he's not your friend, why are you so desperate to send him back to base?" @soul | 🎻

"I'm under orders to," Theora said as plainly as the sky was blue. "If I was allowed to, I'd kill him." She did not see an issue with telling this to random strangers. Even with how Yeonaixho had reacted. "But I'm not allowed to. So he stays alive." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

It was only now did Moses' expression tighten just a bit. "Ordered to? Are you in some sort of legion, kid?" He asked carefully and folded his arms across his chest. @soul | 🎻

"No. It's orders from the facility. The base." Theora's glare moved to his arms. She also crossed her arms. "It's just me and the scientists now. And Miles when I get him." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Hm. "So the scientists have ordered you to retrieve Miles... why do you listen to them, Theora?" Moses asked, his voice light and curious. @soul | 🎻

Theora's eyes flitted back to Moses' eyes. "Answer my question. Where is Miles?" @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses shrugged. "I don't know, little one, but I would like to know why you follow your base's orders. Is it some sort of military?" He asked. @soul | 🎻

"Why am I talking to you if you don't know where Miles is?" Girl. "It's not military. It's science." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Again, he shrugged. Moses didn't have an answer for Theora on that first one. "Science? Could you elaborate? I could maybe help you find Miles if I knew more. This is a strange place with things no one knows about. It would be more effective to travel with other people." @soul | 🎻

Theora was not getting what she wanted out of this conversation. "You don't need to know anything. All you need to know is that I am looking for Miles. You have that knowledge." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Moses sighed. "You're one tough nut, kid. Guess I can appreciate that in you," he commented with a shake of his head. "What happens to you if you can't find Miles?" @soul | 🎻

Moses frowned at that. "Okay... look, if you want, I can help you find him. I'm good at that sort of thing. You don't look like the type to want help, but I also doubt you want to run away all day around here. You'll get hungry, dehydrated, and exhausted eventually. Kevin groaned, the lingering sensations of the headache and general pain throughout his arms disorienting him as he was laid out on the ground. "Ugh... where the hell am I?" He groans, rubbing a gloved hand over his eyes to block out the light as his head throbbed. He could tell his body was uninjured and the pain was fading, but it still was annoying as hell. (edited)

Moses spared Kevin a glance, noting that he should get to him as well, but he was more worried about Theora at the moment. "And what if he's not here, Theora. What then? You'll just aimlessly wander around," he sighed again and rubbed the skin between his eyes. "I can't make you stick around, but if you ever need help with anything, just come find me. Or if you just want some company. Be careful, okay? And watch out for giant crabs. One of the locals here told me they like to jump out at people." @soul | 🎻

"He is here," Theora quickly retorted, "I saw him be teleported away shortly before I was as well. He's here somewhere." She was not catching Moses' concern. This was a total normal conversation to be having. "It's not aimless if I know he's here. I'm closer than I was before." Theora narrowed her eyes at the mention of crabs. Giant crabs. "Crabs are no match for me." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"You were just asking me where he was. Clearly, you don't know where he is, young one," Moses curtly replied. "I know you must be strong to be so confident, but it's better to be careful. I doubt any of us have fought giant crabs before. Don't be reckless." @soul | 🎻

Her eyes narrowed. "They took his bag from him so I can't see him anymore." How dare you doubt her, Moses. "I'm not reckless. I can fight crabs." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"..So that still means you don't know where he is," Moses hummed. "What about his bag that allowed you to see him? Is it a part of your powers?" Moses asked and unfolded his arms. "Have you ever fought giant crabs?"

Theora had never fought a single crab in her lifetime. It was dubious if she had ever seen one. So she did not answer that question. "I have an Eye on his bag. I could see him that way." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Well, Moses could deduce this eye thing must be some tracking device. Yay. "Right... Well, that leaves you back at square one though, I suppose. Do you plan to just run around and ask random people if they've seen Miles? Like the way you did to me?" @soul | 🎻 (edited)

Kevin just stayed silent as he watched the other two converse. Glancing between the both of them as he figured to keep to himself for now. Honestly, after thinking on it, he figured he should jusy leave and figure out where the hell he was. With a grunt he got up and walked off after it was clear these other two were busy. (edited)

Moses sighed. "So you don't know then," he commented and ran a hand through his hair. "So, let's think about the worst case scenario for a moment. Miles isn't here, you don't know how to get back home, and you're exhausted. What would your objective change to?" @soul | 🎻

"I know Miles is here," Theora snapped. "I saw him get teleported away shortly. I was teleported here as well. My objective remains the same no matter what. I find Miles. I bring him back. The objective doesn't change." @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

"You're ignoring the question because you don't know what you'd do," Moses commented, unphazed and shook his head. "Look, kid, whenever you're ready to try and talk more, you can come find me again. I'm obviously not getting through to you right now, but that's fine. Do what you want and I'll be there if you need help." @soul | 🎻

Nora led Juno to the closest place, the area with lots of tied up cloths. She wasn’t very chatty, but talked enough so Juno could follow her by her voice. “Um… I- I don’t like… there being… so many people… there’s- there’s too much t-to… think about.” Her anger from before had quickly died out, over taken by that fear she always seemed to have. "Mhmmm..." Yeonaixho had kept close to Nora and navigated with his cane, which he now folded up as they stopped. "I'm not the biggest fan of crowds, either, honestly. "Do you want to know a secret, Nora?" Yeonaixho said gently, "Almost no experience is completely unique to just one person. If you feel some way, there's a high likelihood someone has felt that way before. I've always found that a really comforting idea. Makes me feel less alone." “Mmhm… but there’s.. no beds…” There were these strange hanging cloths though. Nora walked over to them. They looked like blankets, and they were long enough to fit her if she sat on one. Maybe..? “Um, Mister Juno, there are… um, these… blankets, um, they’re..” How the hell do you describe these to someone who can’t see. “They’re… hanging, um, like on… both ends. Yeonaixho walked over to where Nora was, and inspected the hammocks with his hands. "Oh, these are hammocks! They're like- a mix between a swing and a bed. Very comfy." He nodded. "I think this would be a good place for you to rest." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Ham… mock. Hammock. Okay!” She tested her weight on the ‘ham mock’. It seemed pretty sturdy! “I- I’m going to… sleep here. I’m tired. Um… bye bye, Mister Juno.” It was a confusing bed, but once she could get herself onto the thing, it was rather comfy. She set her hat over her eyes, and settled her cat close to her heart. Sprawled out on the ground at first, it hardly takes Mallon a second before they’re launching back to their feet with a gasp. They seem somewhat disoriented as they frantically scan the area around them, clearly looking for something in a panic, and a loud snarl escapes them when they don’t see it. However, they don’t seem to notice anyone nearby just yet. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

Yeonaixho had done some exploring, and returned back to the common area by the time Mallon appeared. He could hear them scrambling in panic, and could hear the snarl, but his caution did not overtake him. Tentatively, he approached Mallon. "Hello? Are you alright?" He asked. "I assume you teleported here, too..." @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

The viol is nowhere to be seen. Mallon bites back a loud swear that would’ve made Hannah proud, whipping around in a circle at the sound of footsteps in their blind spot. When they see the man approaching they immediately slip into the defensive with a low warning growl, but then… Well. Then they hear his voice, and everything clicks. Victory to Mallon. The feeling of sand beneath their feet suddenly makes their stomach roll. It’s a good thing the air is warm and humid here, calm rather than the cold, biting wind from the arena. And slowly, that same hunter’s stillness settles over them, heartbeat pounding in their ears. For Yeonaixho, all sound of movement ceases, leaving no reply and only the lingering feeling of being watched. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

Yeonaixho noticed the cold silence he was being given in reply, and took a few steps back. He rose his free hand in the air, in a gesture of surrender. His expression was that of fear hidden under neutrality. "I- I don't mean to hurt you," He continued on, "I promise. My name is Yeonaixho Sehwolh, I have healing powers." He hoped introducing himself might ease the mind of this stranger. Little does he know. @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

Don’t mean to hurt you. Right. Yeonaixho saying his name is already a less than necessary confirmation. They would recognize his voice from their memories anywhere. Sure, Rakin had said something about ‘another’ Yeonaixho. But he’d also chained them up and stolen Ekmeros’s viol not once but twice and they’re much more inclined to believe their own eye rather than anything he’d said. Mallon still doesn’t reply, and there’s only a very faint sound of sand moving that might alert Yeonaixho to the fact that they’ve slowly begun to circle. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

Yeonaixho could hear Mallon circling them, and tracked their moments as best he could with only sound to guide him. Worriedly, he worked his cane in his hands, unsure of what to do. He was a sitting target, and he knew it, but all the adrenaline pumping through his veins was only keeping him still, unable to move. Mallon’s eye narrows at the repetition. Every hunting instinct screams at them not to speak, not to startle off their prey when they’re this close, but they just can’t help it. They pause behind him, letting the silence hang even heavier before they hiss quietly, “You did already.” @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

"What?" Yeonaixho's voice in cracked in surprise. "I- I don't think we've ever met before. Who are you? If- if I hurt you, I didn't mean it, I swear-" @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

“It doesn’t matter!” Mallon snaps, taking a single step forward. Unfortunately for Yeonaixho, he’s only helping to make things worse. Though with the outburst at least any aspect of the ambush they rely on is lost as their fists clench at their sides. “Why do you care now?” @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

"I didn't- I don't know what you're talking about!" Yeonaixho flinched, stepping away from Mallon as they near him. "I don't know who you are!" @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

Rakin had said he brought another Yeonaixho, sure, but he had also said he’d brought the man responsible for the viol changing owners. To Mallon, that signaled they were in fact one and the same. “Yeonaixho Sehwolh. The Hand of God. They shake their head to try and clear it as their breathing picks up. “You have to!” They snarl, swiping out a clawed hand in front of them. “I.. I don’t know,” Mallon says eventually, desperately. They suddenly sound defeated, like the fight’s gone out of them all at once. “I don’t believe you.” It’s starting to sound more like they’re trying to convince themself, too. Yeonaixho took in a few laborious breaths. He didn't move any further from Mallon, but didn't get any closer. "Please," He begged. "Tell me- tell me what you think I did. Please." @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

Mallon squeezes their eye shut for a brief second, struggling to calm their breathing down. “I don’t ‘think’! I know, I was—“ Well. They weren’t there, were they. “Fine. Fine! I’ll humor you!” At some point they’ve started pacing, sand kicking up around them, and there’s a faint clicking and humming sort of sound echoing behind their words the more emotional they get. “You toyed with people’s powers and lives just for one person and just because you could! Yeonaixho's brow only furrowed more as Mallon went on. He kept shaking his head, unable to believe what he was hearing. His entire body was trembling, he kept his arms crossed before his chest. Mallon's claws tore across Yeonaixho's bare chest, leaving sanguine red wounds in their wake. He yelled in pain and fright, and stumbled back, clutching a hand to his chest. The wounds did not immediately repair themselves, nor did he put in effort to heal them himself. "I- I'm not lying, please," He begged. @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

Something distinctly wrong tugs at Mallon’s gut the second their claws dig in, but they mentally push it down as hard as they can. No—the feeling has to be wrong, not their actions, surely. But when Yeonaixho doesn’t heal himself, that doubt grows ever so slightly. “It’s not what I think,” they repeat, with a desperate edge to their voice. “I lived it, it happened, it did, it—“ They squeeze their eye shut again. Their hand is shaking, ever so slightly, dripping blood onto the sand. “It was you. Mallon laughs at that, a dry sound that’s more distraught than joyful. “I don’t know either, I don’t—“ They stagger a few steps back, luckily for Yeonaixho. “I was there, I went back— I don’t understand, it doesn’t make sense!” @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

As Mallon backs away from him, Yeonaixho sits down on the grass- to try and make himself seem less intimidating, to ease his pain. "I- you've been referencing something, something I don't know what is- I, I don't understand... I don't know you..." His frantic voice was dissolving to sobs. @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

A strangled mix of growls, clicks, and whines escapes them in lieu of a reply, though it sounds like it could possibly be a language. It only seems to make them even more distressed. They’ve never had a flight instinct. It goes against every bone in their body. But now, faced with everything Yeonaixho has been saying and everything spiraling around in their mind, it feels like they don’t have a choice. Yeonaixho didn't even try to chase after Mallon. He listened as they left, and when he was certain he wasn't there anymore, he laid down in the sand and began to cry. @em | mallon 🎣 + kenji 🌒

... When Yeonaixho awoke in the place he was before, he was alone. Any injuries he had felt before we also gone- along with any blood that he had splattered across himself. It took Yeonaixho a while to wake, or at least, it took him a while to find the will to pull himself up from the earth. He soon noticed the paper shoved into his waistband, and pulled it out. In true Yeonaixho Sehwohl fashion, he's too stressed to make good decisions. He laid back down in the dirt, and tried not to think of everything he'd just learned.

After taking a good nap, Yeonaixho departed from Celena and decided to go explore some while she still rested. He ended up back in the common area he'd taken his first nap in, before Mallon had attacked him and... all of that had happened. He wouldn’t be alone for long. A sudden rustling of branches from behind, and out ran Nora- panting and sounding all around panicked. As the grass changed to sand, she tripped and fell on her face with a little shriek. She started to pick herself up when she realized someone was in front of her. “Ah! “I- hh- N-Nathan and… Th-Theora… they were fighting and I saw them and then Rakin… Rakin stopped them and yelled at them and- and he… he was mad.. at me. S-so I ran.. away…” Her voice was panicked and her breathing was harsh. “M-mister Juno… Nathan… he got hurt. And- and Rakin was really mad. Yeonaixho's eyes widened in fear as Nora described what happened. "Oh, god..." He shook his head, and ran a hand through his hair. "Deep breaths, Nora. Let's take in some deep breaths." He led her through some, because he, too, needed to calm down. He couldn't face Rakin- not after what had happened, not like this, not when Nora's and Nathan's and Theora's safety all depended upon his being able to handle a situation. She nodded her head and sniffled as she tried not to cry. The breathing exercises definitely helped. “I- I’m okay… I-“ Her voice broke with a small sob. “I’m s-scared Mister Juno…” She really couldn’t understand why. She wasn’t in active danger, unless Rakin came back. Really, she didn’t know why she was so scared. Yeonaixho could not easily provide an answer. Not after what he'd been shown and what he'd been told. He'd been expressly informed that if he refused to fight, his family would be harmed. And he couldn't let that happen. But that was not what Nora needed to hear. "They can't make us do something we don't want to." He said. "If we all work together, we'll be able to get out of here. “Mhm. I know, um…. it’s hard to be alone… but having… having my kitty always.. it makes me feel better.” The toy was very clearly old. The fur was smushed, almost entirely rubbed off in some places. It was at that moment that the familiar clunk, thunk of composite toe boots was very much present in the little common area, and Nathan was making his way out of the farmlands. "skata, please heal me," Nathan groaned, dropping all hints of his cocky facade. "Dude, I've been shocked with lightning, punched in the jaw, and ate my own flesh for my powers. He plopped down near the pair, starting to rant about what had just happened; "Look- I don't think she could have killed me if she tried- uh, Mister Six-Year-Old, probably, but he just up and left- dude, that malakas punched me square in the jaw! She thought she was so big and tough and strong, talking about her eye, looking for this guy with her eye, she had her eye on the bag, her powers are called eye, and she was going to use her eye powers on me, too! I would have had to burn my binder! And it's a good, good binder! It's good! Not too restricting, not too strainy, it's a good binder!" Nathan seemed pretty animated, gesturing wildly with their arms as if to elaborate on the fact that they had a really, really good binder that they valued a liiittle more than their own life. Well, that was just a lot of information. Nathan used a lot of nicknames for parties Yeonaixho wasn't intimately familiar with, so it took a bit of effort to fully track what he was saying, but he got the gist of it. "Uh, I definitely wouldn't win against the kid, but uh, that eye girl? Yeah, no, I'd sweep her. Easy fight. Rrright on the head." She flinched at the mention of… hitting on the head. Strange. She carefully took her toy out of Juno’s way so he could work easier. Nathan didn't seem to notice Nora's reaction, eyes closed as Yeonaixho did his thing. "Well- yeah, it's nice, but you don't have to, y'know?" he hummed. "Again, it's not your fight. And even if it was, uh, hit the bricks, get out of there. Value your own safety over other's. That's what I live by. You can't help others if you can't do a thing. "I definitely don't feel like I'm on the constant verge of keeling over now." If he considered it, maybe he cared about these two a liiittle more than that eye guy from earlier. He wouldn't say he'd die for them or anything, but that fondness for the pair certainly was building. Nora looked up from her string, staring at the hand. That awful creeping fear returned, but lessened. Nathan was nice. He wouldn’t hurt her. Well, here the little family was! They were all piled into one big hammock, cuddling with each other and fast asleep. Minerva was resting in the crook of Yeonaixho's arm, while Jymaiyri rested on his side, her head on his shoulder. Nap time. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran had had their fill of crab, and washed away all its residue in the river. Their feet were all sandy and alloying now, but otherwise they felt better. A good think in a palm frond skirt was that it dried off quickly. The lerava was now exploring leisurely, and was happy to find hammocks. They were used to sleeping in those. They paused, when they saw a bunch of people all huddled up together. It didn't take big brain to figure out that this was a family. Kiran stared at them for quite a while, and an odd feeling started welling inside of them. It was a harrowing, gloomy feeling, hot and cold at the same time. They frowned, their tail whipped, and they let out a raspy growl, before finally turning away and hopping onto another hammock. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

The sound of Kiran approaching stirred Jymaiyri from her sleep, but neither of the others. She lifted her head drowsily, enough to get a good look at Kiran, but didn't say anything. She was watching them intently, trying to figure out what they were and what they wanted. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran sat on the hammock, and started cleaning sand from their feet by rubbing them together. Rain of grains pattered on the ground. They concentrated on their task for a moment, before throwing a sharp glance at Jymaiyri, having noticed her staring at them. "What?" @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

"My baby is sleeping." Jymaiyri said in a hushed tone. She glanced over Kiran. "Never seen someone who looks like you before." @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran continued scratching dried sand off their feet. They didn't need to use their hands, since their feet were very handy. Once they were clean enough, the lerava laid back on the hammock and sighed. They let their tail fall limp and hang off the side. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

Once Jymaiyri was pretty certain Kiran wasn't going to start attacking the baby or whatever, Jymaiyri sank back it o the hammock. She didn't fall back asleep, though. She wanted to be aware, in case something happened. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran didn't pay attention to the family anymore. They wanted to take it easy and enjoy a moment of peace before the unevitable violent end that was waiting for them. Unfortunately, a cirious crab had wandered over to the common area, and saw Kiean's tailtip hanging just above the ground. That could be a tasty snack? It scuttled closer, and experimentally pinched the tail, not all that gently. Kiran shrieked and wrenched their tail up, startling the crab, which made it clamp down twice as hard. The lerava scrambled to sit up and fight off the crab, resoulting them both falling off the hammock and plummeting on the ground. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

The screaming and falling startled both Yeonaixho and Minerva awake- the former waking with a startled gasp, the later with a cry. "Hand me the baby," Jymaiyri said, and Yeonaixho did so. As she cradled her child, she explained. "It's just another person here. They fell out of the hammock." To Kiran, she called out. "Hey, you alright?" @Twig | Kiran + Riki ( @Kipology | Nathan 🏺 + Connie ⚡ @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 y'all can come grab Juno now!)

Kiran made a series of creaking, clicking and snarling sounds that were language, but didn't get translated. They cussed and cursed the crab, and only the parts that weren't curse words came out in English. "You krreAAnrrKOEurrrAEERRNrrRKRKRKRrrAAWWERSSHRZgrHAAUrnrgg!! I'll EAT you like I ate your ugly OAGRYNRRR cousin!" they screamed while trashing in the sand, trying to pry the crab off their tail. @innsjo | juno🌻/jymaiyri🌿/minnie🌺

"C'mon, I think 'Naixho might be this way," Nathan said, unable to hide his smile at Lykos' enthusiasm. "Man, you seem really...psyched...about. This." Nathan's words trailed off into a puzzled little noise at the sight before them. Well, there was Yeonaixho, for sure. And a baby. And a screaming guy? Yeah. Kiran paid no attention to the people gathering around. They were too concentrated on beefing with the crab, currently no recognizable words leaving their mouth, only hoarse croaking that kind of sounded like a baby seal barking at the top of its lungs. "Ough, yeah, that definitely looks painful," Natha winced, watching the teeny tiny little ceab absolutely wail on this guy. Whale on this guy. Ouch. At the mention of his wife and daughter, some expression of horror and also horror befell him. A baby? Here? In this, this fuckin' deathmatch? What the Hell was Rakin thinking? "Hi," Nathan greeted, waving ever slightly. She seemed to be pretty focused on the crying baby. Made sense. "Um, nice to meet you." "Oh, shit, right, um. Lykos and I here, were going to do some experiments. Y'know, with my powers and the like. And we were wondering if you could, say. Help us out on the chance that my bones um. Uh. Break. Snf. Or worse. Y'know?" It was evident there was a bit of a smile in his voice, and he was. Certainly so, smiling as reassuring as he could be, with the whole breaking bones prospect. Lykos looked to Jymaiyri, noticing how much happier she seemed. They seemed to smile and waved a paw to her. “Good to see you in high spirits, Dr. Jymaiyri. And yes, I swear to properly monitor and doc- er. I will monitor him closely, if any mishaps occur I will inform you immediately. "Your- bones." Yeonaixho repeated. He figured if he didn't go, these idiots would probably do the expiriment anyways. "I'll come watch out for you. Better to be safe than sorry." Finally, Kiran managed to twist the crab's claw off their tail, and in a fit of pained panic, they grabbed the thing and jugged it as far as they could, through the air. Isabelle sat for a moment, trying a find an answer that did him justice. "He's more than I deserve, to be honest with you. Souma is a good person. Kind and understanding, and more patient than I could ever be." She pulled her legs onto the hammock, almost curling up on herself. "We had a pretty complicated history, and not in the way that you'd think. I don't think I could've possibly found someone more devoted than he is. And he was the one that found me."
