“Well I doubt it is truly endless. Perhaps it’s just some projection. How good are you at swimming?” @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"Eh, could be." Kiran eyed the dark horizon. "Erm. I haven't tried... I slpashed around yesterday, but my feet reached the bottom." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Hm.” With that, the wolf began walking into the ocean towards the horizon. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran grumbled, but followed suit, sloshing into the calm waves. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

"Huh..." Kiran walked next to Lykos, looked at the wall in confusion, and put their hand on it. Sure was stone wall. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Hm.. are you able to climb it?” @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"I think so", Kiran replied, and set their other hand on the wall as well, and hopped up, attempting to grip on it with all fours. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 (do i need to roll?)

Their hands and feet stuck to the wall like to any other rocky surface. Their feet slipped a little at first, being wet and all, but they could start climbing up, slowly and carefully. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos smiled, tail splashing in the water as they cheered Kiran on. “Excellent! Keep going, perhaps there’s a way over!” @Twig | Kiran + Riki (edited)

Kiran picked up their pace once their feet could stick better, and they continued climbing. This wall felt pretty tall. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Lykos stepped back a bit to watch. This was.. certainly a tall wall. If they stepped back too far, it would look like Kiran was climbing air. It was disorienting. “Keep going!” @Twig | Kiran + Riki @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

About forty feet up, there was a thick glass ceiling keeping Kiran from being able to crawl over the top. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran bonked their head, and crawled a bit lower. They rubbed their head, and peered upwards. "There's a ceiling. I think glass", they yelled down to Lykos." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 (edited)

There just seemed to be some rubble out in space. Looked man-(alien?)made with some electrical bits and glass. Besides that, nothing really of note. It was too destroyed to make out what species it may have been from. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"I dunno. A bunch of junk and the space", they replied to Lykos, trying to press their face into the glass to look, which was a little difficult with how their head was shaped. "I could try and walk on the ceiling?" @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Junk? So it… leads out into space.” They huffed. That wasn’t all that helpful. “Yes, try it.” @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran set their paws onto the ceiling, carefully at first to see if they could stick to it. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

They stuck very well! Glass was a perfect surface for lamellae. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

“Does it look familiar at all? Like that fighting arena or something?” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"Err..." Kiran crawled along the ceiling, staying flat against it and peering through the glass every now and then. It was a weeeird feeling. Looking into the space like that was kind of disorientating. They tried to see if they could spot domething that looked like the arena. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Hmm. Nope. Nothing that looked like the arena. But you could see the 'maze' above from the spectator stands, so the arena was probably below them. Beside that, peering out in to space and the rubble.. There was a few chucks of debris that looked to be in better condition, remaining in one piece. A strange blue liquid had been spilled on some of the pieces. Kiran probably wouldn't have much longer to look as their hair began to stand on end from static electricity. @Twig | Kiran + Riki @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

“Can you see anything else, Kiran?” @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"Umm... I can't see it but I think we are above the arena..." They squished the side of their face against the glass as well as they good, closing one eye and trying to look out with the other. "There's some stuff that's not totally trashed. I don't know what they are... maybe some kinda machines? Definitely not natural stuff. There's some blue liquid here and there..." Blood? Could be, or anti-freeze. Then, Kiran felt their fluffy mane started to bristle from electricity, and Kiran crouched, their tail whipping and eyes widening. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

“Above the area.. hmm. That is-“ They bristled as Kiran did, looking around for whatever was there. “What- can you sense something?!” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Not a moment later, there was a flash of lightning and Rakin appeared next to Lykos. He was.. Wearing a nice green suit? That's different than usual. "Get down or I will strike you down!" Rakin yelled up at Kiran. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran flinched at the sound and the lightning flash. They cringed slightly, closing their eyes and their back fur bristled in sharp little scales. They started crawling backwards back to the wall. "Alright, alright, jeeze, don't tear your tail off over it..." they muttered. They didn't even turn to look down to see who was yelling at them, and scittered down the wall as quickly as they could. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos jumped at the sudden strike, quickly backing away from the figure. They growled low at him. “Tch- Rakin. The fight is over now, I presume.” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Rakin watched Kiran retreat off the ceiling, nodding. "No, wolf, I just got done introducing the fight. My master told me to come here and interrupt whatever you are doing. Which is what exactly?" @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran was going to come down the whole way, but when they were a couple of meters above the water's surface, they realized they'd rather not be in the same river with an electrifying guy, so they instead crouched down on the wall, upside down, curling up and staring at the two like a scared, grumpy cat, their tail nervously whipping. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

The wolf huffed and promptly ignored him. They walked closer to the wall. “Are you alright, Kiran?” @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Twig | Kiran + Riki (edited)

Rakin sighed and looked over at Lykos. "I see. I would recommend not climbing around the ceiling. We couldn't help but notice that Kiran was trying to look outside of here and not inside. What did you tell them to look for." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

“I’d like to know where we are. No harm done.” Their voice stayed steady, they weren’t intimidated by him. @Twig | Kiran + Riki @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Kiran stayed quiet. Their synthetic heart was pounding, and stinging with guilt, but they couldn't say anything. They stayed where they were, tail whipping and watching how the situation would develop. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Well your prison is not outside of here, so I would appreciate if you would be consistently honest next time. And I think it's very clear you're in the middle of nowhere in space. You don't need to know more. Cease this behavior. Both of you." @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

“Apologies for the poor wording. It will not happen again. Are we finished?” A bit of spite creeped into their voice, but they were doing their best to just get the conversation over with. @Twig | Kiran + Riki @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 (edited)

"Very well. My master will be watching you two. Don't make me leave the fight again." Rakin huffed, giving both of them one final glare before zapping away. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran looked back at Rakin with what appeared to be their usual, dull and annoyed expression, but the ones who knew them, would notice this was the look they gave their masters; more scared, less indifferent. Once Rakin had left, Kiran stayed where they were, still curled up, and didn't look up at Lykos. Their tail ceased lashing, and they stared at their finger nails in silence. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

Lykos waited for a moment to see if Kiran would speak before sighing. “…I understand wanting to save your own skin. You wanted nothing to do with this to begin with.” They began to walk out of the water, tail low. “Thank you for helping me, Kiran.” @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran looked up when Lykos turned to leave. They still couldn't say anything. They watched as the wolf walked away, and finally, when she was perhaps already too far to hear, Kiran replied quietly: "...whatever..." Their voice didn't sound as indifferent as they probably wanted it to. They jumped down into the stream with a splash, and left to a different direction. @Sauce | Nora🧶+Lykos🐺

They didn’t hear them speak, and probably for the best. They’ve never been good at tone, anyway. The wolf was gone now. @Twig | Kiran + Riki
