Ah. The beach. A beautiful tropical escape. Warm sand and sunlight most hours of the day made this one of the most beautiful and popular places to hang out for the residents here, which could be clearly seen by the three sleeping mats laid out on one side of the beach. The only life besides the residents present on the beach were a few giant crabs which mostly minded their own business. They were about the size of a house cat. The beach ran up against the #stream, making it a great place to dip your toes in or just hang out. If you didn't want to get wet while crossing, the #bridge provided a dry pathway. Not that there was currently much to do on the bottom side of the area as of right now... (edited)

Damien stumbled over into the sand with a groan, hugging himself a little. When he opened his eyes, he shot up still a little off balance, his legs had fallen asleep with Rakin laying of them. He looked around. This wasn't what he'd been expecting at all. He noticed the other two, but didn't approach at first. Actually, the first thing he did was take off his sweatshirt- it was warm. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Huh." Llinos mumbled as she stared across the beach at the new guy. "Heeeeeyyyyy!!" Itsuki called over to him with a grin, wiggling his fingers in the air. He had a thick salamander tail which was slowly wagging back and forth in the sand. @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪 (edited)

Damien looked up and walked over, a slightly-strained but hopeful smile on his face as he did so. He looked tired, and despite having just arrived he was already sweating quite a bit. He seemed to notice the legs hanging out of Llinos sash, which spurred him to speak. He looked confused as is natural, but seemed to have his mind on other things, and didn't comment on the tail or attire or other things. "Hey! I'm- glad there's other people here. You guys had a friend go missing lately? Like, a guy- dark green hair with the side shaved, funky bandaged arm? Because I think he's in trouble." "Not familiar to Llinos." The woman said and laid back on the sand, clearly thinking that this was not her problem at the moment. (drug ment) "Whuhhh? Nah man, that guy doesn't ring a bell." Itsuki shrugged. "You want a blunt or somethin'? You seem pretty stressed." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien just half-laughed and shook his head a little. He seemed a tad dismayed by them not knowing the guy he was describing. Not like he could do anything about it, he clearly wasn't anywhere near the place he'd just been. "Y'know, usually I'd be down but nah. Thanks for the offer though." He looked around a bit, then at Itsuki. "So you're Llinos and- What's your name?" He asked the other. "I'm Damien." Return of the mildly tired smile. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Eh, suit yourself." Itsuki said, getting back to what he was smoking before. He let out a puff of smoke before continuing, blowing the plume over toward Damien and grinning, "Name's Itsuki. I'm a salamander, and I take it, you are a human. I always found humans pretty adorable." "Eugh. Llinos knows where this is going.." She huffed and rolled up to a sitting position, dusting off some sand before trudging off down the beach. "Eh, don't mind her." Itsuki smiled and patted the sand next to him. @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

The plume of smoke seemed to split itself apart and whizz past Damien's head of its own accord as he walked closer. Damien watched as Llinos left, giving her a little wave as she did. He nodded and gratefully took a seat on the sand. Next to the other. "Cool, Itsuki. Salamander, huh? Neat tail. Didn't know people like you existed actually, only ever seen humans." He looked towards the water. It occurred to him he'd probably be a bit more excited about meeting a salamander person if he hadn't just tried to fight god and lost. "Do you live here? "I guess I live here now. I didn't before. But we've been here for like... uhhhh... A month or two now? Not too shabby here, dunno why we got yoinked here, but we got a great climate, an epic well, and some good food. Can't complain too much." Itsuki said. "Seeing that we're all amphibs, probably summin to do with that, but now you're here, so.. That train of thought is a bit out the window. But hey, have you seen any like seven foot tall blue-gray guys with short white hair and really scary teeth recently?" @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien listened, occasionally raising an eyebrow or nodding a little, though he didn't seem happy with the prospect of an extended stay. He frowned a bit. "I'm sorry dude, I don't think we're here just to live and eat good food, unfortunately." At the last comment he shrugged, lightening up a bit. "Nope? ".. I was hoping we'd just be here to chill. I hate my job back home-... uwwugghhh.." He huffed. "And no, he's not a friend, he's my husband. A caecilian guy- and no he's not Tai'Tana, if you meet them." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"yeah, I was hoping I wouldn't be here at all. Was kinda in the middle of something back home." He sighed. "What kinda job do you have?" He hummed a little in understanding. "In that case, you wouldn't happen to have seen a kinda nervous-looking human also with white hair and neat purple eyes? He's my boyfriend." He said so with a faint air of pride. He hadn't met Tai'Tana, but he'd keep the description in mind. It was kinda nice, making smalltalk with this salamander dude. More chill than he was expecting. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"I worked at Subway. In Atlanta." Itsuki said, shrugging. "I haven't seen any humans since I got here. You're the first. But sounds like we're looking for people who look similar- but I'm guessing you would have known if yours was a caecilian guy too.." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"Subway, huh? Yeah I worked fast food for a while too. Stressful as hell sometimes." He replied. "don't think I've met any Caecilians. He's certainly not 7 feet tall or blue-gray though, but I bet he'd look cool like that too." Damien frowned. "God, he's probably gonna be so freaked out. "He's soooooo hot, you'd totally remember if you saw him." Itsuki said. He held his arms out toward Damien, showing off the tattoos on his biceps. "We both got these together, so that's another way you could recognize him." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"those are so cool!" Damien leaned over a little to get a better look. He liked tattoos. "Yeah I'll definitely tell you if I see anyone with those. Me and my boyfriend have matching necklaces, but I wore mine too much and it broke so it's on my keychain now" he replied. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Danggggg, yeah, that's rough." Itsuki said and moved his arms down to brace himself against the sand again. "You got separated from your boyfriend too to get here?" @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"Sure looks that way. Maybe its better if he's not here but man, do I miss him already." Damien took a hairtie from around his wrist, and tied his hair back as he talked. "How'd you get here, by the way? And did it have anything to do with a floaty-dude with six eyes?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Well, one day I was takin a smoke out the back of Subway to avoid the lunch rush, and then I feel all weird and tingly and boom, I'm here. No explanation or.. anything. Especially not any six eyed dudes or whatever. Doesn't ring a bell." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien nodded. "The tingly thing! Yeah, I got that too. A bunch of chanting and stuff to go with it. Don't get why I met that dude and you didn't, though. But they're a massive dick, so it's probably better that way." He felt like laying down but didn't wanna get sand in his hair. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Huh. I didn't hear that part before I showed up." Itsuki shrugged. "Or the.. countdown part." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"They why'd they do that to me, and go and beat up the other guy I saw-" He sounded annoyed and confused. Damien had found a rock somewhere in the sand, and chucked it in the stream. "If we were all gonna end up here anyways?" [drug ment.] He's seriously considering that blunt.

"Hmmm. Dunno, doesn't seem like you saw any exit there." Itsuki took in another deep huff and laid back on the sand. "I don't really mind it here. If my boyfriend was here I'd probably just... stay? Yeah, there hadn't been an exit, actually. Not that he could've reached it if there was. He just sighed and stretched out a bit in the sand. "I hear ya on the weather, at least. Bet swimming wouldn't suck." He looked at Itsuki questioningly. "new powers, huh? What kind of powers?" @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Plant powers. Which is interesting- that's like- the powers for salamanders. For the top of the top king or queen. I didn't expect to be getting them." Itsuki said. "I didn't have any powers before." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

"So they're pretty rare? Must feel really cool." Damien was kinda jealous honestly, hearing that Itsuki got new powers compared to how his first venture here went. "Probably gonna come in handy here." After a minute, Damien stood up. "You've probably seen it all, but I wanna go see what else this place has. Figure stuff out." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Yeah, feels pretty good. I'd be a big time celebrity if I got back to the city. And everyone here tries to be nice to me, since I grow half the food here." Itsuki chuckled. "Kinda sucks for Llinos that she didn't get any epic powers, but I think toads never have them anyway." @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien chuckled with Itsuki. "You're a cool dude, I think I'd wanna be nice to you regardless of the food thing, actually." He looked in the direction Llinos had walked off in previously. He looked briefly concerned, he hadn't meant to make her walk off earlier but it wasn't like he'd done anything other than speak. "Is there a reason why Toads don't get powers but Salamanders do? Or why only the king or queen get plant powers?" He sounded pretty interested. not like he'd encountered this stuff before, and he'd probably be less chill about it in ordinary circumstances but he was worrying about other shit. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"That's a real good question. I dunno. I'm not super familiar with the groups besides the salamanders.. I know we get our powers since we still serve the Pilarians- overall. I personally never really cared. Most of the salamanders I knew didn't care. But everyone super high up cares, and it's a big part of growing up. But once I left the creek, well.. Eh, the Pilarians never meant much to me." "I think the plant powers are supposed to go to whoever is the most devoted to the Pilarians, and that's why it's only ever one person at a time..? Or they just say that to justify a monarchy, I dunno. The axolotls split off from us ages ago and none of them have ever gotten the plant powers. Limbs splayed out and lying on their face, Kiran was currently out of commission.

Damien is learning so many new funky things. Pilarians? Axolotl split?? "It's a faith thing, huh? What-" Damien was promptly interrupted by a zap, looking over at the source, immediately alarmed at the person splayed out on the ground. Damien, with a bit of effort, flipped Kiran so they weren't face-first in the sand. They were remarkably heavy, even. And they felt weird, at least on the back, a bit metallic or scaly. Damien shook his head. "Not breathing." Just in case though, he shook Kirans shoulders a bit. "Hey, you there? Now would be a phenomenal time for Damien to know CPR. But he doesn't, doing it wrong can cause more damage, and this guy's chest feels weird. Hard. Doesn't give like ribs normally do. "Do you know anyone with- medical skills here? Healing powers maybe?" Damien looked briefly like he was gonna give up after hearing Itsuki speak, the guy was right afterall, if someones cold and not breathing you can't do much. In the silence though, he heard something that didn't really line up with the environment they were in. It sure didn't sound natural but he didn't register it as coming from Kiran until they jerked and breathed a bit. "Woah! hey! Kiran rubbed their face for a moment, before they let their arm flop back on the sand with a thudd. They slowly opened their eyes and blinked, noticing Damien and staring at him with a frown and heavy eyelids. @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"dude, you okay?" Damien looked at Kiran with concern, ignoring Itsuki for the time being. He had guesses about the mechanical sounds but didn't state them. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran's translator picked up on the language the other two were speaking, and automatically shifted the output language for them. "Oh, y'know, just a few more corrupted program files, all peachy," they said in a mock-carefree tone, before dropping back to their grumpy demeanor. "And who are you supposed to be? "Oh- no, hell no. Don't worry. I was just trying to make sure you were okay, man. Thought you were dead for a minute" Damien hastily explained, scooching away from Kiran farther as if to make that point clearer. Kiran grunted, and pulled themself up into a sitting position, swaying a little. They put a hand over their face again, closing their eyes. "Nnrrr.... Not badly injured, no. My circuits are a bit damaged... I'm working on it," they mumbled, before figuring they maybe shouldn't ramble so openly, and shot the two a sharp glance. Their tail swept and tapped the sand. "Why do you care? Aren't we supposed to kill each other or what?" @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪 @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"What- nah, of course not!" Damien replied on instinct, before thinking back to Alrai Pin, shoulders dropping. "Well, maybe they want us to, but I don't plan on it." Damien stood up, offering his hand to Kiran. "I'm Damien, by the way." @Twig | Kiran + Riki @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

Nora collapsed on her knees into the sand, breath shuddering as she held herself tight. Fear washed over her in an icy cold, tipping past her body’s perception of the hot temperature. She was losing it. She remained on her knees, shaking and forcing down tears.

Kiran eyed Damien's hand and then glanced up at him, the same sullen expression on their face. "Hm, guess you'll die first, then. Not that I'm gonna kill you either, I don't feel like doing it." They shrugged, and took Damien's hand. Have you ever held a gecko's paw? Me neither, but Kiran had pads on their fingers and palms that felt like that. They were, once again, heavier than they looked, and almost pulled Damien onto the ground instead, before the two managed to get onto the same page and the lerava up on their feet. A young girl clutching a shaking hand, blood oozing from a gash in her palm. ’It- it hurts…’ A man stood over her, scoffing. ’You think that hurts? Tch- No, that pain is nothing.’ With a sudden strike the girl was against the floor, under the man’s hand. Her neck was so small. ’I’ll make you feel real pain until you understand that these are nothing. ’ His voice was rough, clear as living in her mind. [Nora.] Her face contorted slightly, hiding the grimace. “I-I’m fine.” He scoffed. [Don’t lie to me, brat. You’re growing weaker.] Her breath hitched. “I- I’ll do better, I swear-“ [Nora. This pain is nothing. So why do you cry over it?] She gritted her teeth, she was getting worse, even if she hated him… he was right. [Nora. You will listen to me. Under my command you were strong. Before that man corrupted you, you had no fear, no hesitation. You will come back to me. I will make you stronger, strong enough to survive.] Her hands tightened, nails digging deep into her palms. Her breathing slowed, and her face returned to that expressionless state. [Don’t disappoint me.] “…I’ll do better.” …She stood and walked shakily off of the beach. (edited)

"Well I'm not just gonna lay down and die, but I'm not attacking people at random or anything." He didn't sound particularly offended by the comment. Damien gripped the paw to pull Kiran up. Damien was pretty strong, but yk, Kiran is heavy. The paw felt odd in his hand. His attention was stolen by the sight of someone else on the beach, who looked like they were doing just about as well as Kiran had been like a minute ago. They were far enough along the beach that he couldn't see them super clearly, but he really felt obligated to go over there if they looked to be in trouble. @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran didn't bother answering. They shook sand off of their mane, grumbling and checking themself for injuries. Getting sand into his system would add insult to injury. They glanced over the sobbing girl they noticed from the corner of their eye, stared for a second with a raised eyebrow, and turned away. "Aw f***. How am I gloing to clean these??" They grumbled, scratching the back of their shirt, before pulling it off. Sand rained down from the clothing item. @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien blinked as he was sprayed with a bit of sand from Kirans clothing. "Yeah, the sands gonna be real rough for you, huh?" Yeah no, Damien really felt like going over and seeing if that other guy was okay. He looked back at Kiran, and at Itsuki. "I don't own you. Do whatever you want", Kiran waved their hand dismissively, keeping their eyes on the shirt. It seemed to be sewn from metal thread, and the sand was really going into the loops and crannies in the stuff, making quiet but harsh high-pitched creaks against tye metal. That'd be fun to deal with. Kiran groaned. @sketti | Acxiom 💿 + Damien 🌪

Damien nodded like that was fair and gave them both a little salute as he jogged off in the direction Nora had gone.

"Sooooo... Weird hairy guy." Itsuki leaned his head back- just far enough to see Kiran upside down in his view. "Haven't seen a guy as hairy as you in a while." @Twig | Kiran + Riki

Kiran didn't realize at first that Itsuki was talking to them. They glanced up to him while trying to shake off the sand from their shirt, and noticed the other looking at them. "What, me? It's called fur, if that's what you're talking about", they huffed, and their tail swished and slapped the sand in agitation. "I haven't seen someone like you ever." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"If that's what we're calling it now." Itsuki chuckled and leaned back until he was laying flat on the sand. He kept his eyes back to look at Kiran. He let his big tail wave between his legs. "Never seen another guy with a tail? I find that hard to believe." @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"No, I've never seen someone with so thin fur your whole skin is practically exposed", they replied grudely and focused back on their shirt, flapping it as hard as they could, causing sparse sand particles dprinkle around. They cussed to themself, their translator refusing to translate the words so it was just a series of clicks and creaks. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Mmm, well, I'd say I have the perfect amount of hair going on. I think you're gonna overheat over here pretty soon." @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"Most of this is metal. It's fine", Kiran replied, pointing over their shoulder without looking at Itsuki. They shook their mane again and sneezed sand out of their nose. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

".. Metal gets pretty hot, bud. And what are you, a robot or somethin?" @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"Oh?" Kiran paused to think, and frowned. "Well sh**." They looked around for some shade, before glancing at Itsuki. "Somthing like that", they grunted. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

There really wasn't too much shade around here. Off in the distance there were those palm trees, the old building that was falling apart, and some more trees in the farmland. "What? You never been outside when it's hot, Mr. Roboto?" @Twig | Kiran + Riki

"My name is Kiran", they snapped. "And I am not a sir." They grumbled for a moment, inspecting their shirt to see if sand still remained between the weaves. "I might've, long time ago. I don't really remember. And no, recently I don't go out if it's not pleasant enough. Unless I really gotta get out." @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽 (edited)

"I'm not a lady either", they corrected, though didn't seem too focused on the conversation again, brushing off sand from their shorts now. "Eh, that's a matter of taste", they commented, and just like that, pushed off their shorts and gave them the same treatment as they had given the shirt. Buddy didn't have undergarments, but nothing interesting was seemingly in sight anyways. Just smooth fake fur. Sand rained down and sprinkled around, and Kiran squeezed their eyes closed, holding their breath, seemingly cussing in their mind. Kiran blinked, and their eyes widened slightly. "That's what humans look like? I thought you were taller. And you just kinds, change species? That's pretty wild... you're like a, uh, like a mimic species?" They went back to shaking their clothes off and slapped the shirt and the pants together to hopefully sock the sand out of them both. "Eh, I've tried a lot of things, tested my limits, but there's a lot of things that I can't do. I know there's programs I don't have an access to. After parting ways with little Maki, Moses decided to head south. He had heard the waves of the sea earlier and figured he may as well check it out. If they were lucky, they could catch food here too. Maybe even some coconut water. He walked with purpose, but also made sure to examine his surroundings as he did so. It was a pretty nice beach, with beautiful sand, warm water, a lovely view that he didn't yet know was artificial, and a shirtless guy with a big wet tail snoozing on the beach, arms crossed behind his head. He was snoring pretty obnoxiously. @Aj | Kian+Moses+Bridge

Well, snoring wasn't the sound Moses was used to hearing at a beach, so that garnered his attention quite easily. He walked until he saw the source of the noise and raised a brow as he looked over Itsuki. He must of been one of those 'amphibs' Tai'Tana talked about. He wasn't sure if he wanted to interupt the man's nap, but Moses shrugged and gently tapped Itsuki's shoulder. "Hey.. "Hmgmgffughh." Itsuki groaned as Moses tapped his shoulder. He blinked a few times as he stared up at Moses, his confused expression quickly shifting in to a sly grin. Moses bit back from making a face as he watched Itsuki wake up. He already wasn't liking the man's attitude much, but perhaps Itsuki was just overly friendly. Moses had to look up to meet Itsuki's eyes, but that was a pretty common thing for Moses. "Not particularly, but I was interested in getting to meet you all if I came across you. Which amphib are you? Tai'Tana didn't exactly give me too many descriptors," Moses asked. @Mads|Madison📱+Aldreda🔥+NPCS👽

"Hm.. so you're just a normal guy," Moses said after Itsuki explained himself. That was honestly the most relieving story he's heard today. Moses then shook his head. "No, sorry.. I haven't seen any other amphibs besides yourself and Tai'Tana. Your husband must be worried about you--being missing for a month or longer, after all." Moses folded his arms across his chest, letting out a small sigh. "I hope we're not stuck here for much longer. I have to get back to my son as well.. Again, Moses blinked. "Humans don't lay eggs.. At least, not the kind you're probably familiar with," he replied. Did he have to give a 'birds and bees' talk to a grown ass man? He hoped not. "But I do have a child, yes. One son. He's thirteen now. Old enough to not die by himself, but not really old enough to sustain himself in the long term. I'm worried about him.." "Humans typically can only carry and birth one child at a time, but there are cases where they can birth several children in a single pregnancy. I think the most recorded in history was ten.." It already slightly surprised Moses to hear Itsuki was married, but hearing he had kids—ten, no less—truly threw him off. "You have children as well..? How.. does that exactly work with amphibs? "Well, when I was eighteen I went back to my home forest and got with the hottest dude salamander I coould find, laid all my eggs, and headed out." Itsuki said. For the third time in the span of ten minutes of covering, Moses could only reply with a blink for a moment. He just left his kids??? With strangers??? Perhaps it was a cultural difference (or more likely, a species difference) but Moses was still shocked. "I.. see. So, you don't actually know how your children are doing? Moses seemed to relax a bit hearing that. "You have plant powers? That's perfect, actually," he smiled. "We won't have to worry about food in that case. That's great!" "Yeah, there should be enough up there to last." Itsuki hummed. "There's one shack me and Tai'Tana made in case the weather gets shitty. "Oh, I think I've seen the shack you mentioned. With the amount of people here.. we're definitely going to need more room. And better room, actually," Moses commented. "Believe it or not, but I'm pretty skilled in crafting up small huts by using logs and mud. "And I don't sleep with strangers—much less strangers ten plus years younger than myself," Moses replied as he stepped off towards where the sand of the beach met dirt and grass. "Pine or cedar would be best. Make some clustered together and some further apart from one another. "Pft, you don't even know how old I am." Itsuki rolled his eyes, but regardless, followed Moses over to the grass. He held his hands out in front of him and closed his eyes, humming to himself. Slowly, real shitty looking trees started coming up. Just thick enough to be useful, but also kind of wavy and hard to work with. Full of branches. He made a handful all together near Moses, then a few scattered around the rest of the area. His hands were shaking pretty badly by the end, and sweat was dripping down his face, so he let himself stagger back to the ground. "Eugh- that's a lot of work.. bleurghh.." "I doubt you have a proper skin care routine to keep you looking as young as you do if you were my age," Moses offhandedly commented as he waited for Itsuki to do his work. Even if the trees were rather shitty in terms of looks, branches were actually a useful additive. Once all of the trees were up, Moses scanned the area, mentally mapping where he would build more huts. "Nice work. Moses sighed a bit as Itsuki continued to lay in the sand. "Too tired to move? Here, I'll put you in the shade at least. The trees you made made a pretty shady spot," Moses said as he put Itsuki into a fireman carry. Moses waited a few moments after Itsuki seemed to of nodded off to get to work. It seemed like Itsuki still wasn't all that entune with his powers. He shouldn't push it for now. Moses didn't think he'd be building any of the huts now, but it was better than nothing. It'd give people morale seeing a proper place to sleep, for one, but two, it meant none of the kids here would have to worry about being in danger. Quickly, he got to work. He couldn't do many proper huts by himself, Moses knew that, so he started off small first. Creating an axe out of crystals, he cut down a lot of sticks and branches, and put them together in a much more makeshift manner. The lean structure was a basic survival shelter. Restless energy not well spent, did not a happy man make, and while Yeonaixho could not currently conceive of himself being happy in any form, he lad long exhausted his minds capacity for laying in the sand and sobbing. So he made his way to the beach. To any discerning observer, this was not a man in a healthy state of mind. He navigated with his cane absentmindedly, stumbling into things and getting frustrated as it got stuck in the sand. His hands trembled, and he kept moving where the free one sat on his body, always returning it to his chest. Compared to the stumbling man, Moses was honestly thriving in this environment. He had long forgo his shirt, sweating through most of it and had cut through a few good trees to make shelter in the meantime. When he noticed a light figure in the distance, Moses frowned. It was obvious that the person was struggling, and since Itsuki was still exhausted, Moses decided to head over alone. "Hey! You okay over there?" Moses raised a brow at Yeonaixho's 'crazy' comment. Okay. "I think you need to sit down, sir. I just want to make sure you're okay. I'm a firefighter, if you're hurt or anything, I know basic first aid. There's sand right where you're standing. Seeing as he was unconscious, and a tiny salamander, Juno was not going to be able to find him so easily. Thankfully, someone else was there.. "Itsuki is hurt." "... Yes." She said and placed the cold and slimy creature in his hands. It was now covered in a layer of sand particles, so that made it a bit less slimy. That seemed to be the trick, as soon after, Itsuki began to shift around in his hand. "Oh good. Itsuki is alive." Llinos said, letting out a slight huff. "Itsuki is not the brightest. Staying out here during the storm. Only Tai'Tana can handle that." And suddenly, without warning, Ituski grew back to human size, seeming very content to trip Yeonaixho in the process. Instantly, Itsuki's pout returned as he brought up the farmland. So this was all just a ploy to get him to fix up that shithole- Sovran was probably leading him on anyway, watch he was gonna tell him a stupid fact about narwhal's or something equally dumb- But as he continued out, the pout turned to a grin, and Itsuki leaned his head toward Sovran. "You drive a hard bargain. But fine. I'll do it. I need Tai'Tana to be there as well if you want them to be worth a shit. I zapped all the minerals with my first go at it." When the zap of lightning fades, it reveals a crumpled man splat onto the ground. He really needs to get a hang of these teleportation landings. Kenji sits up, sand falling from his hair, and immediately starts trying to wriggle out of his jacket while still keeping his scarf over his mouth. Because priorities, apparently. Yeonaixho and Jymaiyri had been trampling through the brush near the beach, arm in arm, as they searched for Nora. "Nora!" Yeonaixho called out for her, "Nora, where are you?!" "There she is!" Jymaiyri exclaimed as she spotted the young girl, alone on the sand. She and Yeonaixho both rushed forward to her- Yeonaixho holding Minerva safe in the sling. Itsuki was dropped back on to the sand, now wearing his all red outfit. He curled up around himself, gripping on to his hair.

Celena couldn’t help but stare at Itsuki for a moment. His condition was definitely a terrible reminder of days that occurred long ago, but still haunted her all the same. Shaking her head, her light appeared over Itsuki. “O-okay, time to work..” Celena spoke quietly. She began the healing process, as slow and as tedious as it would be at the start. Itsuki gasped slightly as the light appeared over him, the slight increase of warmth making him even more uncomfortable. "Just hold still, she's helping you. You'll feel better soon, guy." Aldreda said calmly. Itsuki reached his hand out, grasping for someone who wasn't there. Aldreda sighed and crouched down to hold his hand. “I-I’m sorry, Itsuki, I wish I could adjust the temperature for you,” Celena winced. Her healing continued at a surprisingly rapid pace. Her light was getting deep into the damaged tissue, healing the damage from the inside to the outside first. Burnt figures flashed into minds. Bodies of people long since passed strewn across the ground where a village once stood. Itsuki slowly opened his eyes as the pain was gradually fading away. "Not many people can treat burns like this. Man, I had to die and come back to look half as good as you're doing!" Once it wasn't pure agony to move, Itsuki craned his head up to look down at his chest. Man, his torso was looking so smooth and fresh- it was an odd sight. The healing nature of her light bounced back at her as a sharp, venomous sting of heat. At everything that appeared, Celena grew emotional. His jacket, his necklace, his pictures- Everything was here. Celena couldn’t help but hug it all close. Slowly, Sovran sat beside him. He set his crutches to the side and slowly moved his hand closer to Yeonaixho’s. Yet, he didn’t take a ahold of the other’s hand, not yet. He didn’t break the silence either. Sovran simply listened to the sounds of the waves against the shore, every gentle push and pull. Whatever Yeonaixho needed from him, he’d give it. I think she might expect comfort, but she might also expect harm.
